My family and I moved to the area nearly 2 years ago. We had no concept of local areas to buy in. We bought a home that was in an area where property sales moved a lot slower. The builder was still building in the neighborhood also. These 2 details really
matter when you are trying to make a sale. We had gone through a few different agents to the point of meeting Leanne. She presented herself as a hustler, meaning she really felt strongly about getting the house sold. I felt a little like yeah we've heard this

I didn’t want to sell, but my granddaughter, who had been living with me for years, moved back in with her mother (this was a good thing). Libby did a phenominal job for me. My house had been on the market for 200 days with another realtor before Libby came on the scene. To be fair, the For Sale sign went on my lawn the day everything closed because of Covid. Libby had taught both of my grandchildren
and she asked if she could help me as I was in despair. She became my realtor and did everything she could to sell the house. She used technology, she used contacts and stayed with me the entire way until we SOLD the house.

Our relationship and the service we received from Kelly was outstanding. We began to look at houses at Lake Norman following a family vacation there the summer of 2019. While on vacation Kelly showed us a number of places that were possibilities, always
listening to what we wanted, and not just truing to sell us something. Over the next year we contacted Kelly on numerous occasions regarding houses we viewed on the web. Because of Covid we didn't want to travel from the St Louis area to Mooresville area to
look at houses. Kelly accommodated us by waling trough a number of houses with a video camera. While vacationing in June of 2020 we asked to look at a house that we thouight might be a contender. Kelly showed us the house in spite of the fact that there was
a contract on the property. We fell in love with the house and asked Kelly to tell the owner that we were interested if the current contract fell through. That afternoon Kelly called to tell us that the owner was willing to sell to us. We believe that the
reason we got the house we loved was due to Kelly's persistence and his ability to work with the seller. We've since closed and are looking forward to moving into a great lake retreat in November. In the mean time Kelly has offered to take care of anything

Jake did not rush us or judge any of our decisions. He did his job as expected and was very courteous and responsive ... until the contract was signed, and then we were turned over to a third party to deal with the aspects of closing (I am a little unfamiliar
with this process, but it seems efficient enough). The "closing assistant" was also very helpful and timely (so much so that we were able to close early).
