Libby did a phenominal job for me. My house had been on the market for 200 days with another realtor before Libby came on the scene. To be fair, the For Sale sign went on my lawn the day everything closed because of Covid. Libby had taught both of my grandchildren
and she asked if she could help me as I was in despair. She became my realtor and did everything she could to sell the house. She used technology, she used contacts and stayed with me the entire way until we SOLD the house.
I cannot recommend her highly enough. To give you an example, I am in my eighties and when she became my realtor she cleaned my house since it had been on the market for so many days.
