After being outbid on numerous houses, we made the decision to build a house. Shevaun did a phenomenal job as our realtor. Shevaun was a great realtor. She was very knowledgeable and made sure she educated me along the way. My experience of selling and buying a home with her was one for the books. However she tried to shield me from the confusion and anguish of others in my process. Shevaun did a very good job on my transaction. It was an out of state forclosure that very complicated lasted over two months. Many phone calls, emails, faxes,texts, wire transfers etc. we're required but she stuck it out and got it closed.
