My interest in real estate started in my early 20’s when we bought our first home. I loved to spend my free time touring new properties, renovate our homes and follow the real estate market. It was my form of HGTV before it even existed! Even though I wasn’t chosen to host House Hunters or Fixer Upper, my passion still lies in all things real estate. To me, finding the right house to make a home is one of the most important decisions you can make.
Buying Real Estate is often the biggest financial investment you make, and it is important to find an agent that you trust to assist you through the complex process. You will find that integrity, honesty and transparency is key to who I am. My commitment as a Real Estate agent is to be accessible, knowledgeable and make the process of buying or selling a home as simple and easy for my clients as possible. My family and I have called the Lake Norman area home for 14+ years and we absolutely love it. As a mother of 5 children, I have had the opportunity to be very involved with school, sports, service, church and community events. I tell everyone that the BEST thing about Charlotte is the friendships we have built throughout the community – NC and SC are full of some of the VERY best people we know. Some of our favorite things to do include wake surfing on Lake Norman, trying out new restaurants, entertaining friends and traveling.
My children have honed the most important skills I have to offer – the ability to successfully multitask, be patient and master my negotiating skills! Heather helped us through a 2000 mile away first time home purchase. We are fairly picky and did not have a lot of time on the ground to look through houses. Heather was able to do a lot of leg work before my wife’s trip out to Charlotte and FaceTime my
wife prior to that trip to help us get in sync and comfortable. Her recommendations for lender were great. She knows the area well(we bought in SC) even though she doesn’t live here. The communication was clear and prompt from day 1. I never saw the house
