She really knows her stuff and the surrounding areas. When I have any questions about a property she is right on top of things. Michelle was absolutely FABULOUS! I started looking for my forever home in August of 2023. Michelle was knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. She found several lovely homes to look at based on my criteria. We scoured Catawba and Lincolnton counties hoping to find a home between my adult children's houses. I lived out of state so when I went back to California she kept in touch, including sending updates. My last day in the area in May 2024, MIchelle, took me to the home of my dreams. BUT the story doesn't stop there. Escrow had it's bumps, twists and turns. Still she stood by us answering our many questions, she was always available. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle.
