You will hear others say that it’s a stressful time, there’s lots to do, lots of paperwork, lots of people coming and going; and that their agent is also highly recommended.

But I want to tell you the difference with Sheri.

Sheri’s integrity is outstanding! She was my selling agent, but regardless, is following through with commitments to the ‘buyer’, even though the closing is complete. Integrity is when you do what’s right for both sides regardless. We had a small glitch with new windows and doors (that were paid for prior) but still hadn’t been delivered/installed. The buyers accepted the situation (with documentation) knowing that they were coming. And even with the closing completed, Sheri continues to follow up on the windows and doors. In her eyes, it’s not finished until ALL the details are followed through with.

But the most outstanding characteristic of Sheri is her heart. For me it wasn’t about the stress or paperwork. For me it was about the emotion. I didn’t want to sell, but my granddaughter, who had been living with me for years, moved back in with her mother (this was a good thing). Also, I had just gotten her a puppy, fell in love with it; and it left too. Then I saw how empty my house was; it echoed. So, I had to let that go too. I felt like my heart bottomed out. The point I want to make here, is that Sheri felt more like my friend then my agent. She made sure I was okay before we took each step through the process. I couldn’t imagine not having her by my side for support. So, Sheri, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!

And it goes without saying that Sheri was extremely on top of things, very responsive and very knowledgeable. And Sheri's team was top notch!
