The brokerage represents the 487th office to join the NextHome franchise out of 523 active office locations across the country
NextHome CNY Realty (N. Syracuse) will serve the residential and commercial real estate needs of clients in the Syracuse area and surrounding suburbs encompassing five counties including Onondaga, Cayuga, Oneida, Oswego, and Madison.
Both NextHome CNY Realty brokerage locations are owned by Samantha Dougherty, a high-producing REALTOR® with a history of successful team building. Since opening NextHome CNY Realty in April 2020, the brokerage has already broken into the top 12 in area sales.
This expansion is driven not only by phenomenal sales demand, but more importantly by the expertise and energy of The Tarry Team – a high-performing group of three professional REALTORS® who are obsessed with excellent client experiences. Team leader, Tom Tarry, brings unbounded energy to every transaction while Jodi Tarry (a buyer’s agent) offers clients a steady, calming presence no matter how complex the transaction. Kelly Soccocio rounds out the team as a buyer’s agent.

Although she was licensed in 2004 in New Jersey, Samantha began selling full-time in the Syracuse area in 2012.
It was in 2015 during her time on a top-producing team that Samantha discovered her passion for helping other agents reach new career heights.
In 2017, Samantha created The Dougherty Home Team at Keller Williams where she had the opportunity to truly let her mentoring abilities shine. By 2019, the team was four-agents strong and had become one of the top 20 highest producing teams in the area.
Samantha used this momentum to open NextHome CNY Realty in 2020 and has been thrilled with how things have gone since then.
