Under the ownership of real estate veteran Michael Pion, NextHome Capital Realty (Lebanon) is a powerhouse of local expertise, professionalism, and community connection.
The catalyst for this expansion was a group of exceptionally talented local agents with the Thomas Bechtold Team. These beacons of community real estate wanted to continue the people-first legacy of broker/owner Wanda Bechtold after she stepped away from ownership of RE/MAX Pinnacle. NextHome’s Humans Over Houses ethos was the perfect fit for these professionals, and Pion was thrilled for the opportunity to expand with such well-known talent.

NextHome Capital Realty (Lebanon) also offers bilingual representation, allowing the brokerage to better serve Spanish-speaking clients in the region.
NextHome Capital Realty (Lebanon) builds on nearly a decade of success at the company’s Camp Hill office and marks a strategic step forward in serving more communities throughout Central Pennsylvania.
NextHome Capital Realty first opened its Camp Hill office in 2016. Since then, the brokerage has grown into a close-knit, highly respected firm serving the greater Harrisburg metropolitan area. The Lebanon office represents both an expansion of services and a deepening commitment to hyper-local expertise.

Michael began his real estate career in 2000, working for a local builder. Over a six-year period, he sold more than 300 new construction homes, quickly establishing himself as a top producer. In 2006, he transitioned into residential resale, earning recognition as a Top Rookie and receiving national honors early in his career.
Over the years, Michael has consistently ranked among the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Greater Harrisburg area. He expanded his expertise to include land development and new construction while building a reputation for strong leadership and hands-on mentorship. Best of all, throughout his career, he has been able to work alongside his wife of 25 years, Addy.
In 2016, inspired by a desire to follow in the entrepreneurial footsteps of his father and grandfather, Michael launched NextHome Capital Realty.
