Franchise Business Review is a research firm that independently surveys franchisees, offering the only franchise ratings built entirely on real owner satisfaction and performance data. The firm releases annual top-franchise rankings alongside sector-specific industry reports throughout the year.
To identify the companies on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Veterans, Franchise Business Review analyzed data from over 2,000 franchise owners on their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood of recommending them to others.

The survey asked NextHome’s franchisees to weigh in on 33 benchmark questions spanning leadership, training and support, day-to-day operations, the franchisor/franchisee relationship, and financial opportunity.
