Pleasanton, CA — May 7, 2020 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Solutions Realty, based in Jamestown, North Carolina. The brokerage represents the 23rd office location opened in North Carolina for the NextHome franchise and the 468th NextHome office opened nationally.
The brokerage will serve residential and investment buyers and sellers across the Jamestown area including High Point, Greensboro, Oak Ridge, Kernersville, Thomasville, Archdale, and Trinity.
NextHome Solutions Realty is owned by service-minded local Sam Hossink. Sam graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She has almost 20 years of industry experience and loves helping homeowners achieve their dreams.
“The thrill, excitement, and joy of placing keys in the buyer’s hands never gets old,” Sam said. “I absolutely love what I do and, for me, that moment is just the icing on the cake.”
Her attraction to real estate began when she bought her first condo and was thoroughly impressed with her real estate agent’s service.
“She was the most wonderful person and she was really good at educating me throughout the entire process,” Sam recalled. “At the time, I was looking for a career change. I knew I would love to get out and talk to people and help them every day rather than sitting behind a desk.”
The career change turned out to be a great move for Sam. She spent the next 14 years with a mixture of local independents as well as a national franchise before deciding to open her own NextHome brokerage.
Sam’s decision to open her own brokerage was fueled by a desire to help fellow agents find a fair, ethical, and supportive workplace. By opening her own brokerage, Sam knew that she would be able to better manage her cash flow and reinvest it in the best interests of her clients.
Sam turned to YouTube to research franchises and was impressed when she discovered NextHome.
“NextHome embraces new technology, such as digital transaction management with customizable marketing. They also provide the Mobile Connect app, unlimited access to live and recorded training sessions, and an extraordinary amount of products and services. All of these are so needed in our industry now,” Sam said. “NextHome also stood out for its diversity. I saw leaders of all different backgrounds, nationalities, and genders and that is a real strength in my opinion.”
The franchisor also offered Sam a feeling that she was truly cared about as a person.
“I got the feeling when I decided on NextHome that it is a company that actually cares about people,” Sam said.
Today, Sam is bringing compassionate service and client education to Jamestown-area buyers and sellers.
“What I enjoy most about being a realtor is helping educate my clients about the selling and buying process, helping families with what is usually their largest investment, and making their dream of homeownership come true,” Sam said.
In addition to helping clients and area REALTORS®, Sam loves serving those in the military through her brokerage. Through her network of NextHome connections, Sam is helping returning service members find homes, and more than that, places where they can feel a part of a community.
Sam is the proud mother of a retired Army veteran who is currently serving overseas with the National Guard. She has been married to her business partner and greatest supporter, Randall, for four years. Their blended family includes five children and she is the loving grandmother of three young grandsons.
