Pleasanton, CA — January 1, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Lifestyles. The brokerage represents the 62nd office location opened in the state of California for the NextHome franchise.
The company will be led by broker/owner/President Brad Gill and his father and Vice President, Mike Gill. Brad will handle all day-to-day operations for the company, while Mike will be focused on land development for the brokerage.
The San Jose based brokerage will focus on helping clients in Santa Clara and the Greater Silicon Valley region. Cities include Palo Alto, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Campbell, Milpitas, Fremont, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy.
NextHome Lifestyles will handle first-time home buyers, move up buyers, investors, luxury properties and listings, land development, condos and townhouses, and all forms of residential sales.
Mike was licensed in 1992 and owned and operated the loan company, Eagle Financial Group. Brad joined his father’s company in 2003 and both worked on the lending side of the business until 2007.
In 2007, Brad worked on the residential side of Eagle Financial and Properties Group, while Mike continued on the loan side until the Gills closed the lending division in 2008.
In 2011, the Gills transitioned the company to the Realty World Northern California and Nevada franchise, converting their company to Realty World – Eagle Properties Group.
As one of the most productive brokerages in the entire franchise, the award-winning brokerage sold upwards of $75 million annually with their group of talented agents.
Brad has been recognized as one of the top agents in the entire region and in 2018, he sold more than $28million in residential real estate.
In 2018, the brokerage sold more than $95 million via 70 transactions – the best numbers in the history of the company.
Brad is excited about the NextHome transition and how the brand speaks to his vision of upping the bar in real estate.

Brad is not just a leader at his brokerage, but has committed to volunteering in local real estate leadership as well.
Brad has been a part of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCOAR) leadership team since 2010. He has served as Chair for four committees: Young Professionals Network, Finance, Global Business, and Leadership Development. Brad has served on the Board of Directors from 2014-2017 and served as the SCCOAR Treasurer last year.
