Pleasanton, CA — November 7, 2018 — NextHome is proud to welcome eight new franchised locations announced in the month of October 2018.
Mike and Tanya Scott opened the doors to their second office location, NextHome SoMo Life in Springfield, Missouri. With the addition of top-producing real estate team, The 417 Sisters, the Scotts knew it was the right time to expand in the area.
October also marked the launch of NextHome VIP Realty in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. An experienced recruiter, Heath Van Patten took over as the owner of NextHome Treasure Valley in Meridian in 2017. Bringing on a trusted broker gave him the opportunity to leap into a new market with a second office location.
Nathalie Ames, Ross Beede, and Eileen Turner opened not one but two NextHome franchised locations in Colorado. With offices in Mesa and Grand Junction, NextHome Grand is poised to make a significant impact on the local real estate market.
Serving the Greater Orlando Area, NextHome Central Realty in Lake Mary, Florida became the newest addition to our franchise. With a strong background in lead generation and internet marketing, Roger Michaels will take the brokerage to new heights.
Business partners Dan Pizzi, Pete O’Brien, and Mike Schmidt opened NextHome Brandywine in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. With each partner focusing on their core strengths, the dynamic brokerage is set up for success.
Continuing NextHome’s expansion in Idaho, October brought us the opening of NextHome Solid Ground in Post Falls. Broker/owner Janna McRoy brings a wealth of experience to the agents joining her brokerage. We are excited to see Janna and her team grow their presence in Post Falls, Hayden, Sandpoint, and the surrounding communities.
Finally, October ended with another strong office opening in Florida. Based in Apopka, Natalie Arrowsmith opened her brokerage, NextHome Arrowsmith Realty. Through her involvement in the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and her local association, Natalie continues to make a real impact on the Florida real estate community.
