Pleasanton, CA — September 13, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Liberty. The brokerage represents the 59th location opened in California for the NextHome franchise.
The company will be owned and operated by business partners Frank Vizcarra and Jacob Solis. Frank will handle the operations and serve as the broker of record for the company, while Jacob will handle all financial aspects for the brokerage.
Based in Victorville, NextHome Liberty will provide real estate services such as single family residential sales, first-time home buyers, short sales, foreclosures, multi-family, luxury, military, and relocation services in Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Oak Hills, Phelan, Rancho Cucamonga, and the remainder of San Bernardino County.
Frank and Jacob met each other while working at RealtyOne Real Estate in 2016. Jacob (licensed since 2010) and Frank (licensed in 2014) were both high-producing individual agents when they happened to work on the same real estate deal together.
Seeing what a great partnership they could be, Jacob joined Frank’s team in April 2017.
“With us working together and closing over 50 transactions a year, we thought it might be worth finding out more about just opening our own company,” said Frank.
Looking at the REALTOR® Magazine Franchise Ranking Report, they saw NextHome among the fastest growing companies in real estate. After talking with the NextHome sales team, they knew the franchise was the perfect partner.

When not selling real estate, Jacob and Frank are all about two things: Family and Los Angeles Lakers basketball.
Frank and his girlfriend, Christina, have a blended family of two children – their seven-year-old son Mason and four-year-old daughter Miley.
Jacob and his wife, Lisa, have three daughters – eight-year-old Kori, six-year-old Abby, and two-year-old Maggie.
