Pleasanton, CA — September 6, 2018 — NextHome is proud to welcome nine new franchised locations announced in the month of August 2018.
August started off with James Madalone and Christine Prestininzi opening their office in West Palm Beach, Florida – NextHome Real Estate Executives. As a longtime business entrepreneur with more than 30 years in the real estate industry, James will take his top-level real estate sales volume and lead other talented agents at the brokerage.
Jerry Salyers opened his real estate office in Irvine, California – NextHome Real Estate Dogs. As a certified home staging professional, Jerry brings three decades of real estate experience to the NextHome franchise.
Wisconsin saw Travis Ploman and Bryan Loveland open the doors to the eighth office in the state with their franchised location – NextHome Leading Edge. Located in Rothschild, the business partners are looking to continue their strong sales careers under the NextHome brand.
Business partners and husband and wife team, Buz and Linda Berson, opened their NextHome franchised location in Punta Gorda, Florida. NextHome Greater Realty will serve the needs of Port Charlotte, North Port, Punta Gorda, and the surrounding areas. For over 35 years, the Bersons have been one of the premier real estate property development teams in all of Florida.
Longtime Houston real estate icon Rita Zarghami brings nearly 25 years of real estate experience to the NextHome franchise as she launches NextHome Premier Homes Realty in Humble, Texas. She will be joined on the leadership team by her husband and business partner, Keyvan Zarghami, and their office manager, Virgie Calligan-Green.
Tom Miesen opened NextHome Bayside Realty in Freeport, Florida. Originally a co-owner with NextHome Cornerstone Realty in Niceville, Tom opened his own brokerage in August. Licensed since 1979, Tom will bring nearly 40 years of real estate experience for his agents at the brokerage.
The NextHome franchise started the first franchised location in the city of Warner Robins, Georgia when Sylvia and Adam Myers opened NextHome 180º Realty. Located 90 miles southeast of Downtown Atlanta, the brokerage will feature new construction, resale homes sales, and veteran and military relocation throughout the Houston, Bibb and Peach county areas.
NextHome NW Realty opened their third NextHome office, this time in Vancouver, Washington. This location will be in addition to their two existing offices in Bend and Portland, Oregon. Owners Angela Jolley, Dustin Slack, and Kurt Kalimanis continue strong sales throughout the region and the NextHome franchise is excited to see the continued growth and success of the ownership team.
Finally, August ended strong with the expansion of NextHome Living The Northwest in Idaho. With their third location, owners Mike and Sheryl Van Dinter continue to expand their real estate footprint in the region. With the new Sandpoint location, they add to their already successful NextHome brokerages in Post Falls, ID and Spokane, WA.
The NextHome franchise is proud to announce 65 new offices opened since the beginning of 2018.
