Pleasanton, CA — August 9, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Leading Edge. Business partners Travis Ploman and Bryan Loveland will be the owners and operators of the brokerage. The company represents the eighth office location opened in the state of Wisconsin for the NextHome franchise.
NextHome Leading Edge will provide real estate services such as single-family residential sales, first-time home buyers, investment, multi-family, veteran and military buyers, and land deals for all areas of Rothschild, Wausau, Weston, Schofield, Mosinee, and the remainder of Marathon County.
Located approximately 100 miles west of Green Bay, the village of Rothschild has a population of just over 5,000 residents and is located in the heart of Marathon County.
Licensed since 2012, Travis started his career with Coldwell Banker Action Realty in Schofield, Wisconsin. As a solo agent, Travis earned Rookie of the Year honors for the company, selling a house a month for his first year. He steadily built his business over the next four years and had a high of 80 transaction sides closed in 2017.
Bryan joined Coldwell Banker Action Realty in 2017 after 19 years of running his own contracting company, Northern Exteriors LLC.
Travis mentored Bryan through his first year of the business and the two found themselves to be a great team together.
With business booming for Travis, he saw an opportunity to work as a team with Bryan and it sparked their interest of opening their own brokerage.
“Travis is a tech-savvy agent who really understands the needs of his clients,” said Bryan. “I learned a lot from him as my real estate mentor and we get along very well. He’s a great person to be in business with.”
“Bryan is a relatable, honest and trustworthy agent who leaves a positive impression with everyone he comes in contact with,” said Travis.
With Travis’ book of business and Bryan’s management background, they looked at 2018 as the perfect time to start their new company.
“We wanted to open a brokerage but knew we would be looking at a franchise model to help us put together the tools we needed to build on our business,” said Travis. “We heard about NextHome and did research on the company. Including finding out about the company through the first NextHome franchisee in Wisconsin, Randy Lenz.”
“After thorough research, we knew NextHome was the best fit for our brokerage model,” he added.
When not selling real estate, Travis and Bryan enjoy spending time with their families.
Travis has an 18-year-old son, Jordan, and they like to do water activities such as boating and water sports such as wakeboarding, skiing and tubing. Travis also volunteers as the audio/visual tech at Christ Community Church.
Bryan and his wife of 21 years, Vicky, have four children – Benjamin (19), Megan (16), Luke (14), and Katelyn (11). Like Travis, they like doing water sports. Bryan enjoys hunting and fishing as well. For the past eight years, Bryan has coached with the local youth football league.
