Pleasanton, CA — March 7, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce that the franchise has launched nine new NextHome franchised locations in the month of February 2018.
NextHome Essential Realty opened its doors in Ewing, New Jersey. Brokerage owner Jonathan Lamond served as a manager of one of the top-producing offices in East Winsor, NJ. With over 40 agents under his leadership at his former brokerage, Jonathan is poised to grow his NextHome brokerage.
Business partners Chris Benson and Scott Baglien started NextHome Alliance in Queens Creek, Arizona. The ten-person brokerage made the conversion to NextHome after a wildly successful 2017 year in sales. With more than 50 transactions closed between Scott and Chris last year, NextHome Alliance will be a game changer in the Queen Creek community.
Gary and Cindy May of Scottsdale, Arizona opened NextHome City To City. The 30-year real estate veteran brings his extensive knowledge of land development and new home construction to the NextHome franchise. Gary has sold in excess of 100 homes annually and will be bringing huge value to investors interested in Arizona real estate.
NextHome Sampson Realty was opened by real estate broker Miles Sampson. He will expand the NextHome franchise into Livonia, Michigan – a first for the company. A ten-year veteran of real estate, we are excited to have Miles be a part of NextHome.
Jayne and Anthony Gulla opened NextHome Sunshine in Orlando, Florida. They will provide real estate services to the greater Orlando area – home to more than 2.4 million residents.
In mid-February, we announced office #250 for the franchise, NextHome CORE Realty. Based out of Lubbock, Texas, the brokerage will be led by Tim and Janet Garrett. Licensed since 1984, Tim brings more than three decades of real estate experience to the NextHome franchise. Tim describes their brokerage as having four CORE principles: Trust, Integrity, High-Level Marketing, and Creating Friends and Clients for Life.
Featuring some of the top-producing REALTORS® in the state, NextHome Bluegrass opened in mid-February. Based in Richmond, the company will be owned and operated by Linda Lester. She will be joined on the leadership team by Broker of Record, Angie Alexander, and Office Manager, Cynthia Childress.
The mother/daughter team of Debbie Buffelen and Michella Gabbard started NextHome NW Experts in North Bend, Washington. As two of the top-producing agents in the area, the brokerage features more than 50+ years in combined experience in the Whatcom and Skagit counties.
And finally, NextHome Priority in Stevens Point, Wisconsin was launched by business partners Michael Kurylak, Holly Carter, and Joshua Zimmerman. As three of the top agents in the area, the trio sold a combined 160+ homes in 2017 and are now teaming up to form one of the top brokerages in Portage County.
The NextHome franchise is proud to announce 20 new offices opened in the two months of 2018.
