Pleasanton, CA — February 7, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce that the franchise has launched 11 new NextHome franchised locations in the month of January 2018.
The company opened five offices during the first week of the new year alone.
On New Year’s Day, the high-producing real estate team of Cherrie Brown and Zach McReynolds launched their brokerage – NextHome Real Estate Rockstars. The Valencia, California based team sold 100 transactions in 2017. With a new office renovation completed just after the new year, they had their Grand Opening on January 6th with more than 150 people in attendance.
Jody Ashley opened his new brokerage – NextHome Village Realty. Relocating from Indiana, Jody made the move to Lady Lake, Florida to open his NextHome office. A second-generation REALTOR®, he will focus on growing his company with talented agents from throughout the Orlando metropolitan area.
NextHome Cornerstone Real Estate opened in Davis, California with broker/owner Cory Gold. A longtime real estate veteran, Cory will take his more than four decades of real estate experience and leadership to the Yolo County/Sacramento region. Recently leaving his role as an office manager for one of the top Coldwell Banker offices in the Sacramento region, Cory is looking forward to helping others achieve their goals.
Speaking of the Sacramento region, top-producing REALTOR® Debbie Mitchell will bring her nearly 20 years of real estate sales to the NextHome franchise as she opens NextHome Signature Properties. Based out of Granite Bay, California, Debbie will lead an office of talented agents using her personal sales experience of more than 15 years selling 75+ transactions annually to help guide the REALTORS® working at her company.
Amy Farrow launched NextHome Generator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The veteran real estate investor brings her talent of rehabbing and flipping properties to the NextHome franchise and will specialize in investment and rental properties.
Owned and operated by business partners Rick Hanby and Will Barnes, San Angelo, Texas is the home to NextHome Legends Realty. Located in the center of the state of Texas, San Angelo is home to just over 110,000 residents. The city has a large military and veteran presence with Goodfellow Air Force Base being a central part of the community. With more than $15 million in sales volume annually, Will and Rick will lead an office of eight associates.
With over 40 years in real estate, NextHome is excited to add Paul Milam as the owner and broker of NextHome In The Triad in Greensboro, North Carolina. Paul’s leadership of the office will include his experience running a office of over 125 agents. That wisdom and incredible personal real estate sales background will serve as a huge asset for NextHome.
Karen and Lee Hammonds opened NextHome Realty Advisors in Texarkana, Texas. Located on the state border of Texas and Arkansas, this high-volume brokerage closes in excess of 100 transactions annually. As a long-time top producing REALTOR®, Karen personally sells more than 70 homes a year, ranking her as one of the top selling agents in her region.
Scott Louser, along with his wife Alexa, opened their second NextHome office location in North Dakota. Bismarck-based NextHome Legendary Properties launched with nine of the top producing agents in the city, including team leader and office manager Desri Neether. Having more than 50 listings within weeks of opening their doors, NextHome Legendary Properties is already positioned to be one of the top offices in the city.
Wethersfield, Connecticut is home to NextHome Property Seekers. The brokerage is owned by 15-year REALTOR® David Cirinna and will service Tolland and Harford Counties. As a suburb of South Hartford, the town of Wethersfield is home to just under 30,000 residents. An area of the town known as “Old Wethersfield” is Connecticut’s largest historic district, with more than 1,100 historic buildings dating as far back as the 17th century.
And finally, the husband and wife real estate team of Mike and Tanya Scott of Joplin, Missouri opened NextHome SoMo Life. As one of the top selling real estate teams in the region, the Scotts sell in excess of 70 transactions annually.
