Pleasanton, CA — November 10, 2016 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest office, NextHome Connection. The brokerage represents the second NextHome franchisee in the state of Indiana.
The Indianapolis-based brokerage will be owned and operated by 15-year real estate veteran broker, Paula Henry. NextHome Connection will provide residential, commercial, new construction, and historic property real estate services to the cities of Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield, Greenwood, and the remainder of the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
Licensed in 2002, Henry began her real estate career in Corona, California with Tarbell REALTORS. She started her career strongly, earning Rookie of the Year honors for her sales numbers in her very first year.
In 2004, Henry earned her e-PRO® designation by the National Association of REALTORS®. By leveraging unique marketing and a strong online presence, Henry grew her business to sales in excess of 45 transactions annually over the next several years.
In 2006, Henry’s husband, Don, had a job relocation that lead to the couple moving to Indianapolis. Even though she had to start over her real estate business in a new area, Henry picked up right where she left off.
As a member of RE/MAX in Indianapolis, Henry spent the next ten years building an incredible business.
With the year-over-year increase in business, Henry formed an exceptional real estate team to help handle incoming leads. The Home to Indy Team helped Henry grow her business above and beyond what she was able to do on her own.
Through November of 2016, the Home to Indy Team has sold 112 homes to the tune of $22 million in sales volume this year.
In early 2016, Henry began exploring the opportunity of owning her own brokerage. One of the companies she researched was NextHome.
“I originally found NextHome on Facebook,” recalled Henry. “Someone posted about the company and I found it to be very interesting. When I researched it further, I loved the logo and the fresh look of the brand. It was unlike any other brand that I had seen in our industry.”

Henry isn’t just focused on sales. She also gives back to the real estate industry. She has served on the Professional Standards Committee for the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®. In addition, she contributes to the REALTOR)R) Foundation to support, serve and house the homeless in Indiana.
When they’re not working, Paula and Don love spending time with their four children and seven grandchildren. The couple of 37 years enjoy traveling to various beaches throughout the nation.
