NextHome Real Estate is proud to announce our newest brokerage addition to our franchise – NextHome Premier Realty Group. Owned and operated by business partners Jason Kerner and Stacy Hale, this Danville, CA brokerage is dedicated to serving the needs of clients in the Cities of San Ramon, Danville, Blackhawk, Pleasanton, Livermore, Walnut Creek, and the remainder of the East Bay of Northern California.

Stacy Hale has been a Top Producer for her entire 12-year real estate career. Earning the honors of Rookie of the Year in 2003, her production has earned her some of the highest honors in the industry.

Jason Kerner is a Top Producer in his own right. Over the past 12 years, Kerner has consistently been one of the most productive agents in the East Bay, often selling properties at record prices for the area.

Both Hale and Kerner are renowned for their ability to list and sell high-end luxury properties in the East Bay – many of them exceeding well over $1 million.

In 2014, these two power agents made the decision to join forces and start their own brokerage. The results have been nothing short of extraordinary. Naturally, they wanted to affiliate themselves with a brand that fit what they felt they needed in order to resonate with their clientele.

“When it came to owning a brokerage, we wanted to make sure we had a solution that created a one stop shop for our agents,” said Hale. “The clean, slick look of the franchise and the top level technology is hard to beat. We looked at many different franchise options and NextHome stood out as the obvious choice for us.”

We welcome Stacy Hale, Jason Kerner, and their dedicated team of agents to NextHome!
