Owned and operated by Melia Campbell, the brokerage is dedicated to serving the needs of clients in Marysville, Yuba City, Placer, Sutter, Olivehurst, Live Oak and the rest of Yuba and Sutter Counties.
Melia Campbell started her real estate career in 1998 and became a broker a year later. In 2004, she dedicated herself to running her own brokerage and making the commitment to owning a company that would improve the standards of professionalism in her market area.
Over the past 24 months, Marysville-based NextHome Campbell Realty has closed 182 transaction sides with a total sales volume of $23.2 million.
Campbell prides herself in personal and professional development. In April 2015, she is set to receive her Master’s Degree in Real Estate in Residential Sales, Marketing, and Management from the National Association of REALTORS’ REALTOR® UNIVERSITY.
Coming from a family of military members, it was only natural that Campbell would become a Certified Military Relocation Professional. One of her 2015 goals is to increase NextHome Campbell Realty’s service for all military families in need of relocation to or from the area.
Along with her commitment to her professional development, she gives back to the local real estate community as well. In 2014, Campbell served as the President of the Sutter-Yuba Association of REALTORS®, after serving multiple years on the Board of Directors. In addition to her service on the state level as a California Association of REALTORS® Director from 2013-2014, she also served as the Chair of the Education Committee from 2010-2011.
Campbell prides her brokerage in creating an atmosphere of sharing, open communication between agents, and deep knowledge of the local real estate market. With the team-oriented synergy the office possesses, it translates to better service from her agents to the consumer.
Interestingly enough, Campbell found out about NextHome in a very unconventional way – via FaceBook.
“I saw a post in a FaceBook friend’s newsfeed about a company called NextHome,” said Campbell. “I clicked on the link to find out more about the company and I was instantly blown away by the website NextHome.com. After spending more and more time on the site, I knew that franchising with NextHome would help me continue to grow my business in additional ways that I hadn’t explored before.”
