Pleasanton, CA — December 22, 2021 — NextHome is proud to announce the opening of NextHome Banke Realty in Miami Lakes, Florida. The brokerage represents the 522nd office to join the NextHome franchise out of 555 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Banke Realty will serve clients across Southern Florida, including Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
The brokerage is owned by South Florida investment property professional Raudel La O. Olivia Lantigua will join the leadership team as NextHome Banke Realty’s Operations Manager. Olivia and Raudel have worked together for more than a decade in property management prior to opening NextHome Banke Realty.

Raudel’s experience in the South Florida real estate industry extends 10 years. Throughout most of that time he focused his talents on investments, fix and flips, and property management. He is also the owner of Reliable Property Management, a thriving company with more than 1,000 doors in its portfolio. In addition to his real estate sales license, Raudel is also a licensed Mortgage Broker and Community Association Manager.
Raudel ventured into the residential side of real estate sales in 2019, seeking a way to elevate the industry’s service level for first-time homebuyers.
“It is so hard for first-time homebuyers to go through this process without the right help,” Raudel said. “Buying a home can be an intimidating, lengthy, and stressful process. I wanted to provide a full-service option for clients where they could get the personal support they need, every step of the way.”
Olivia shared that same passion for redefining South Florida home buying.
“To me, people are not just a dollar sign, and they need to be treated that way,” Olivia said. “As Raudel and I talked, we wanted to redefine the process of real estate. We want to make sure that our clients are taken care of and we knew in order to do that we needed to open a brokerage where agents were taken care of. When you care about people and support them, it has a big impact on everyone.”
As they looked for the perfect franchise fit, Raudel and Olivia stumbled across NextHome.
“I had a dream of having a company that could not only be an exemplary pillar of the selling and buying process, but also provide the human factor,” Raudel said. “I needed a brokerage that combined guidance, education, and caring.”
When he discovered that NextHome’s central philosophy was putting Humans Over Houses, Raudel was intrigued.
“We want to incorporate that human factor into everything we do, so the Humans Over Houses aspect really resonated with me,” Raudel said. “We want clients and agents to know that they can come to the office and we will help them. We are going to be the brokerage that will support you through the entire transaction.”
Today, Raudel and Olivia are combining NextHome’s tools, technology, and marketing with their love of the community to raise the standard of service for South Florida real estate.

Both Raudel and Olivia are active in serving their community. Olivia volunteers with organizations that focus on children’s behavioral health in South Florida. She is also active with organizations that serve people struggling with epilepsy. In addition, Olivia is a member of M.U.J.E.R. Inc., a community-based social service organization provides culturally sensitive services to South Florida’s low-income Latino population.
Raudel partners with the Miami Foundation for Housing Needs, a non-profit that supports families struggling with utility bills, rent, or who need help navigating the rental application process.
With their hearts in community service, Raudel and Olivia hope to one day open their own non-profit.
In his spare time, Raudel loves to work out, spend time with animals, travel, and explore South Florida’s vast cuisine.
Olivia is the single mother of two daughters, ages 14 and 9. In her spare time, she loves to dance, sing, and spend time with friends.
