NextHome Milestone is owned by Mohamed (Moe) Hassan, a 17+ year veteran of the San Fernando Valley real estate industry.
Born in Egypt, Mohamed moved to the San Fernando Valley as a teenager in 1996. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cal State Northridge, Mohamed became a mortgage lender. In 2007, he obtained both his mortgage broker and real estate broker licenses. At the young age of 24, with both licenses in hand, Mohamed quickly began building his own thriving real estate firm from the ground up.
After 2008, Mohamed Hassan, Broker weathered the Great Recession by offering expertise in short sales and loan modifications. Often navigating complex transactions with calm, Mohamed became uniquely talented in negotiations.
In 2013, Mohamed Hassan, Broker evolved into Viceroy Realty. Under Mohamed’s leadership, the brokerage grew to 20 associates and became one of the most respected firms in the region with more than 200 verified five-star Google reviews.
