NextHome New Beginnings is owned by Brianne Nodal, a high-achieving professional who enjoys helping her clients discover the joy of buying and selling real estate.
A second-generation Florida REALTOR®, Brianne has been serving local home buyers for 12 years. Throughout her career, Brianne has worked with Davidson Realty and Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage. She is an alumni of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute through NAR and offers vast experience with investment properties.
Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Brianne enjoyed fixing, flipping, and building homes as a hobby.
“I loved real estate so much, I thought that I would make it a full-time career,” Brianne said.
Brianne’s passion for focused client service and talent for negotiation quickly built a thriving referral-based business.
“My clients are my focus from the moment we start looking at homes all the way to the closing table,” Brianne said. “I am very hands-on with all my transactions and present throughout the whole process. I also love negotiating and being a fierce advocate for my client’s needs.”
