The brokerage offers exceptional client experiences for first-time home buying, residential relocations, commercial, investing, and property management.
NextHome Modern Realty is owned by the father-and-son team of Brian and Spenser Molloy. As lifelong locals, Brian and Spenser skillfully guide clients toward their perfect property.
Brian will contribute his 25 years of real estate experience as NextHome Modern Realty’s agent/owner. Spenser, Brian’s son, will assume the role of broker/owner.
“We really care about helping people, and we are looking forward to being a part of their home buying success story,” Brian said.
Brian began his real estate career 25 years ago, specializing in commercial transactions and investments. Over the past two decades, he built a thriving business in property management.
“Over the years, we have managed dozens of properties where people have built long-term homes and memories,” Brian said. “Reflecting on my career, I am most proud of knowing that we cared for our customers and tenants with honesty, fairness, and transparency. In turn, the people we serve stay with us for many years.”
Following in his father’s footsteps, Spenser embarked on his real estate career in 2021. Prior to obtaining his license, Spenser earned a degree from Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts where he studied corporate finance and investments, in addition to obtaining a minor in real estate. After graduation, Spenser became the owner of his own property management company, overseeing more than 36 properties.
“There are many things I love about real estate, but the best part of this job is building relationships,” Spenser said. “I love talking to people, getting to know them, and helping them navigate their way towards home. This business is so rewarding.”
As they considered the next steps for their business, Brian and Spenser began looking at franchises. Although they were initially attracted by NextHome’s marketing, a cold call to an existing broker/owner convinced the duo that NextHome was an exceptional franchise.
“There were no NextHome brokerages in our area, so I cold called a franchise up in Maine,” Brian said. “The owner could not have been more helpful. Although he was two hours away, he offered to meet up for lunch and tell me everything I wanted to know. Then, I called NextHome corporate and they treated me the same way. I felt like this big company took the time to talk to me and understand my goals. NextHome offers everything that a larger franchised brand offers, but they also go the extra mile to put people first.”
Today, NextHome Modern Realty is extending a people-first approach to Upper Valley clients.
“Honesty, fairness, and transparency will be the hallmarks of any NextHome Modern Realty client’s experience,” Spenser said. “We are driven to provide quality service, no matter what.”
Outside the office, Brian and Spenser enjoy the Upper Valley’s stunning outdoors.
Brian is married to Brenda and together they are the proud parents of Spenser, Jack, and Bailey (the family’s beloved yellow lab).
