NextHome MG Realty is owned by high producing real estate professional, Michael Goulart. Since 2008, Michael has been helping area buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to real estate, Michael owned several car dealerships. Knowing that real estate was a better fit for his talents, he obtained his license and joined a local John L Scott office. Soon, his tireless work ethic built a thriving referral-based business and Michael became one of the highest producing agents in his area.
For the next decade, Michael averaged 50-60 transactions per year as a solo agent, ranking him among the top three percent of sales associates in the country.
