Pleasanton, CA — July 16th, 2026 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Lowery Legacy Group, located in Richmond Hill, Georgia.

Conveniently located between Savannah and Hinesville, NextHome Lowery Legacy Group serves clients throughout Chatham, Bryan, Effingham, Liberty, Long, and Wayne counties.
The brokerage provides residential and commercial real estate services, including property management. Located near Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, NextHome Lowery Legacy Group serves a diverse population, including active-duty military personnel, veterans, longtime residents, relocating families, and clients with all types of residential real estate needs.
NextHome Lowery Legacy Group is owned by real estate educator Juanita Lowery. Rounding out the leadership team are Nicole Ross, Operations Director, and Tallia Certain, Administration Director.
“Richmond Hill is a small town with people from all over the world,” Juanita said. “I really enjoy helping people navigate their real estate journeys here. I get the warmth of a close-knit town while still meeting people from so many different backgrounds, and I absolutely love that.”
Juanita’s care for others has defined every step of her career. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she was a dance instructor who operated her own local studio. After buying and selling her own residential properties, Juanita purchased a commercial dance studio. The complexities of that difficult transaction inspired her to become a real estate professional who operates with honesty and integrity.
“Because of how poorly that transaction was handled, I started learning as much as I could about real estate law,” Juanita recalled. “From there, it was just one step after another until I passed my licensing exams.”
Within her first six months in real estate, Juanita generated enough business to surpass her teaching salary while working only part-time.
“That’s when I knew this was the right career for me,” Juanita said. “I love helping people and being a part of their journey. It’s like a little task given to me from God to make sure you are taken care of.”
Since launching her real estate career in 2018, Juanita has developed a reputation for providing knowledgeable service tailored to each client’s unique needs.
“I pay attention to the details that make every individual’s transaction unique,” Juanita said. “Not everyone needs the same thing. Some clients want to understand every line of the settlement statement. Others need someone to explain what earnest money means in plain language. My job is to meet people where they are.”
That dedication to individualized service propelled Juanita to the highest levels of local real estate. From 2021 to 2022, she increased her gross commission income (GCI) by 165 percent while building a successful team. In addition to her outstanding sales performance, Juanita was recognized by her brokerage as a top recruiter in an office of more than 400 agents.
Juanita began teaching real estate classes in 2021 and is now the owner of the Real Estate Career & Development Center in Savannah.
As her business continued to grow, Juanita wanted to create a brokerage with strong systems and exceptional agent support. While Juanita was considering opening her own independent office, NextHome came onto her radar.
“I knew I wanted to open my own brokerage,” Juanita said. “But I wasn’t interested in reinventing the wheel. I wanted a company that already had the systems, education, and support in place so I could focus on what I do best—serving people. As I started researching my options, NextHome stood out.”
“The first thing that stood out to me was the technology,” Juanita added. “I’ve always believed in leveraging great systems so I can spend more time with clients instead of sitting behind a computer. I had built my own tech stack over the years, so if I was going to make a move, it had to match or exceed what I already had. NextHome absolutely did.”
As NextHome Lowery Legacy Group continues to grow, Juanita remains focused on attracting real estate professionals who prioritize their clients’ needs above their own.
“Every client has a different story, different goals, and different concerns,” Juanita said. “Our job is to understand those differences and guide people with honesty, compassion, and attention to detail. That’s the culture we’re building.”
In addition to leading her brokerage, Juanita remains active in professional education. She has served as Chair of the Savannah Area REALTORS® Professional Development Committee, as a member of the Georgia REALTORS® Professional Development Committee, and continues to educate future agents through the Real Estate Career & Development Center.
Outside of real estate, Juanita enjoys cooking for her family. She and her husband, Randall, are the proud parents of four children.
Please join us in congratulating Juanita on the opening of NextHome Lowery Legacy Group in Richmond Hill, Georgia!
