The brokerage offers expertise in all types of residential real estate, including new homes, relocations, first time home buyer, investment, and luxury.
NextHome Elite Realty is owned by Mike Adams, a talented real estate professional who has watched the area evolve over the past 30 years.
Mike first obtained his real estate sales license in 1997, and focused his talents on mortgage lending. Mike worked for both small and large lenders before eventually becoming a mortgage underwriter for Wells Fargo in Northern California.
In 2013, Mike pivoted into real estate sales and merged his mortgage underwriting skills with his ability to help clients find the perfect home. Mike gained experience working with various national franchises before launching his own independent brokerage.
His unique ability to guide clients from pre-approval through closing built a thriving referral business.
“People know that if they come to me, they’re going to leave with a very, very positive experience, whether you end up closing a transaction with me, or not,” Mike said. “We put people first, every time.”
Mike is especially passionate about helping traditionally underserved communities achieve the dream of homeownership.
“I am most proud of helping people achieve dreams that have been pushed to the background for generations,” Mike said. “My generation, their parents, they didn’t own a home and it was almost talked about like it was impossible. I get a lot of joy in seeing families build generational wealth.”
With his wealth of area knowledge and expertise, local agents began seeking his mentorship. However, he knew he wanted to offer these talented professionals more support, technology, and resources.
“As an independent, I would either have to invest thousands of dollars into getting these programs to pass it on to my agents, or they would have to invest on their own,” Mike said.
That’s when he discovered NextHome.

Mike has a deep love for his community and can often be found serving through his church. Mike has been a deacon at Total Deliverance Church (TDC) for more than 10 years. He has helped gather food for Thanksgiving dinners, hosted haircuts for the needy, and delivered free real estate seminars.
Mike has been married to his beautiful wife and soulmate for 11 years and is the proud father of three biological children and one bonus son. When he isn’t helping clients, this grandfather of five also enjoys playing golf and poker.
