Located in a northwest region of Indiana, known for its natural beauty and outdoor tourism, NextHome The Batta Group serves clients throughout White, Carroll, Tippecanoe, Cass, Clinton, and Benton counties.
NextHome The Batta Group is owned by the husband-and-wife team of Rob and Rozlyn Batta. Together, they offer exceptional area expertise combined with a passion for personalized client care. Rob is the office’s Broker of Record, while Rozlyn will handle administration and business operations.
Rob began his real estate sales career in 2016 after spending many years as a 911 training coordinator. After several years working with a nationally franchised brand, Rob joined a property management-centered brokerage.
Throughout his career, Rob developed a talent and love for working with investors and first-time homebuyers.

As Rob considered how to continue to elevate his client service, and his own career, franchising became the natural next step.
