NextHome Reputed is owned by Rajesh Bhatia, who will serve as Broker of Record. Nick Mendoza rounds out the leadership team as company Vice President. Under Rajesh and Nick’s leadership, NextHome Reputed will offer exceptional real estate experiences to clients in both English and Spanish.
After moving to the United States from India in 2005, Rajesh built a thriving career in commercial real estate. As a high-performing sales agent in Maryland, Rajesh partnered with large national franchises as he built a robust portfolio of satisfied commercial clients. In 2009, Rajesh moved to Texas and continued his successful career.
In 2019, he opened his own commercial real estate firm, Reputed Brokerage. As his reputation spread throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Rajesh became well known for his honesty and ethics. Recently, Rajesh was recognized by the Indian Association of North Texas as Businessman of the Year.
“Rajesh is very well known as somebody who is straight to the point and honest,” Nick said. “He gives people his honest opinion and an expert evaluation of properties, and he is always willing to provide feedback. That approach has built a thriving referral base.”
Nick obtained his real estate license in April after stepping away from a career in risk analysis for a large insurance company. His career has been centered around finance and business operations. However, as Rajesh’s son-in-law, Nick has also seen first-hand how real estate operates.
Both Nick and Rajesh saw opportunity in the residential side of real estate. As their conversations evolved, Nick and Rajesh wanted to open an independent firm that focused on the unique needs of residential buyers and sellers. NextHome caught Nick’s eye.
“The colors and general outline of the company first stood out to me,” Nick said. “After digging deeper, I realized that NextHome offered technology that was industry leading. But what’s more, they combined that with a humans over houses approach. The culture spoke to me and I knew I needed to tell Rajesh about NextHome.”
Today, NextHome Reputed offers exceptional sales service tailored to residential buyers and sellers.

Rajesh has been married to Anju Bhatia, a local nurse practitioner, for 38 years. They are the proud parents of two daughters: Aanchal and Disha.
Nick and Aanchal, a local chiropractor, will celebrate five years of marriage in May.
