Pleasanton, CA — December 16, 2022 — The owners of NextHome Force Realty Partners and NextHome Force Premier Realty are celebrating their two thriving New Jersey-based offices with a gala ribbon cutting event that took place on December 14th.
Owners Allan Burns and Theresa Kuyl are thrilled to reintroduce their reinvigorated brokerages and thriving teams to clients throughout Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties.
NextHome Force Realty Partners (located in Red Bank, New Jersey) opened in early 2020 and NextHome Force Premier Realty (located in Howell, New Jersey) opened shortly after. Although starting with only eight people, the brokerages quickly grew to more than 100 high-performing real estate associates and staff through an emphasis on agent connection and support.
“In 2020 we laid the foundation for our business in one of the most tumultuous times our industry has seen,” Theresa said. “Despite the chaos, we built two remarkable offices where clients can receive high-quality real estate representation. Through these past two years, we built deep relationships and created an unparalleled culture of management support. We guided our brokerage through a pandemic, and emerged on the other side client-centered and better than ever. Alan and I feel that is something truly worth celebrating.”
Held at the NextHome Force Realty Partners location in Red Bank, the grand opening event attracted a wide range of business leaders from throughout the community.
Theresa and Allan were also excited to officially launch NextHome’s luxury service: The Casan Collection, specially designed to meet the standards of the top 10 percent of the market and set a new benchmark in luxury real estate.
“Casan offers unparalleled quality with an added level of attention to detail,” Theresa said. “We are excited to elevate our client service level that much more with the addition of Casan.”

Allan and Theresa have spent almost three decades perfecting the art of real estate.
Allan began his career in 1996, working with both nationally franchised brokerages and a commercial leasing company in New York City. Between 2004 and 2008, Allan and his sister Janine ran their own independent brokerage – Brayburn Properties. After 2008, Allan again worked with a nationally franchised brokerage, where he met Theresa.
Theresa obtained her real estate license in 2003 after going through the process of selling several rental properties she had held over the years.
“The experience got me thinking that I could be very good at this,” Theresa said.
A mother of three children under the age of five, Theresa deeply understood the definition of hard work. She dedicated attention to real estate sales as time permitted over the next several years.
In 2010, she crossed paths with Allan and he immediately noticed her skills with social media marketing.
“He thought it was really ahead of the time for that period,” Theresa recalled. “He saw some talent and, being in the northern county to mine, he had a referral for me. I sold that property, then invited him to a golf outing and the rest is history.”
In 2012, Theresa and Allan established a partnership and built a team.
Theresa joined Allan at the nationally-franchised firm and together they took their business to new heights. Alone, Allan was doing about $8-$10 million in sales volume. But the following year, they did $17 million in sales volume then that grew to $27 million with about 50 annual transactions. The accomplishment was especially extraordinary in a market where the average sales price hovered around $300,000.
“We had the unique combination of drive, which Allan provided, and the creative side which is what I brought to the table,” Theresa said.
They continued to work for various nationally franchised brokerages throughout the next nine years, including in leadership roles.
In 2020, they opened NextHome Force Realty Partners, soon followed by NextHome Force Premier Realty.
“It was the best decision for my people,” Allan said of the decision to partner with NextHome. “The opportunity at NextHome was limitless compared to the other companies we could have gone with. They definitely bring something fresh and new into the market.”
In the community, Theresa is passionate about helping single mothers achieve professional success. Allan also spent many years coaching youth football and soccer leagues.
When they are not working, Allan and Theresa enjoy exploring New Jersey and enjoying Sunday dinners with family. Together, they are the proud parents of four children.
