NextHome Prime Real Estate is owned by Garrick Olerud, a top-producing real estate broker with a long track record of excellence in client service and brokerage ownership. Tanner Kabat joins Garrick on NextHome Prime Real Estate’s leadership team as a business partner and lead agent at the Mesa office. Tanner is a seasoned professional in sales, customer service, and team building. With his background, Tanner also offers a unique talent for creating a thriving office culture.

The Mesa-based brokerage builds on the success of Garrick’s first two NextHome franchises in Hillsboro and Westby, Wisconsin.
Garrick opened NextHome Prime Real Estate (Westby) in 2018, followed by the Hillsboro expansion in 2020.
“I built my first office in that small town community atmosphere,” Garrick said. “Although Mesa is a larger market, NextHome is clear about the values that resonate with people everywhere. Putting people first will always be the right strategy. We hope to continue that small-town feeling service as we continue to establish ourselves and grow the brand.”
Garrick attributes much of his success to his commitment to community relationships.

Outside of selling real estate, Garrick and his wife of 10 years Kassi love spending time with their children Peyton, Piper, and Rex.
