NextHome Local Expert is opening with a thriving team of professional agents who will serve buyers and sellers throughout the Pinellas County Area, including the Gulf Beaches, and beyond. NextHome Local Expert offers an exceptional real estate experience for sellers and all types of buyers including first-time homebuyers, relocations, investments, and more.
NextHome Local Expert is owned by Marie Drew.
Marie began her sales career in 2005 and has consistently ranked as one of the area’s top-producing real estate agents. Throughout the years, Marie built a reputation for knowledgeable, ethical, client-centered service. Because of a thriving book of business, it became necessary for Marie to draw on her leadership abilities and build a sales team.
In 2017, Marie opened her own franchised brokerage through a national brand. What began as a small operation quickly grew to 12 agents.
As her business evolved, Marie knew she was ready for a franchise change. That’s when she discovered NextHome.

Marie and her husband Christopher have been married for 15 years and are the parents of two children Alison and Jeremy. When they aren’t working, Marie and Chris enjoy traveling with their kids, kayaking, and spending time with family.
