Pleasanton, CA — August 18, 2022 — NextHome is proud to announce the expansion of NextHome Village Realty with a new office in Naples, Florida. The Naples office expands on the success of NextHome Village Realty’s original location in Zionsville, Indiana.
Located in northern Naples, NextHome Village Realty is poised to provide exceptional client experiences throughout Golden Gate, Marco Island, and the remainder of the Naples area.
NextHome Village Realty (Naples) joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 591 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Village Realty is owned by experienced NextHome Broker/Owner Jody Ashley, who grew up in Naples and is thrilled to serve his childhood home.

A second-generation REALTOR®, Jody started his real estate career in 2014 after years in restaurant management and ownership.
Starting with RE/MAX in Indianapolis in 2014, he was a single agent before joining the Home to Indy team, led by Paula Henry, two years later.
When Paula decided to open her own brokerage with the NextHome franchise in 2016, Ashley stayed on the team and was able to experience the NextHome advantage firsthand.
“As a part of Paula’s team, I was able to attend the NextHome Conference in New Orleans in March of 2017,” Jody said. “Not only was this a company at the cutting-edge of technology, but one that genuinely cares about each one of the members of the franchise.”
Jody opened his own franchise, NextHome Village Realty, in Zionsville, Indiana in January 2018.
Besides real estate, Jody is passionate about helping others, specifically children.
The Ashleys are volunteers with an organization called Safe Families. The purpose of the organization is to place children in foster care in a temporary home while the adoption process is being completed. The Ashleys have opened their home to many children, as many as 10 foster children at the same time.
When not selling real estate, the Ashleys spend time with their four children – Jacob, Jessica, and twin daughters Amy and Alyssa.
