Pleasanton, CA — October 5, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Momentum, based in Pace, Florida. The brokerage represents the 522nd office to join the NextHome franchise out of 541 active office locations across the country.

NextHome Momentum is ready to serve clients across the Western Florida Panhandle, including Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties.

This growing region is known for its stunning white sand beaches that stretch from Pensacola to Panama City. The crystal blue waters attract both vacation home investors and primary residency buyers as Santa Rosa County becomes the eighth fastest growing population in Florida. The area is also home to the world-famous Blue Angels, who are based at Naval Air Station in Pensacola.

NextHome Momentum is owned by Debbie Horne, Randy Horne, and Shari Alberson – a high-performing trio with 67 combined years of wide-ranging real estate experience.

Debbie started her career in property management before obtaining her real estate license in 1993. She moved to Florida in 1995 and began working with Exit Realty. For the next several decades, Debbie worked in both sales and administration for the brokerage. She obtained her broker’s license five years ago.

Shari has been licensed in Florida since 1995 and has extensive experience in both real estate sales and business ownership.

Randy has been in commercial sales for more than 13 years, specializing in development and land acquisitions for large corporations. Prior to that, he was in operations. Debbie and Randy have been married for 13 years.

After years of successful selling, Debbie decided that it was time to take her career to the next level. She enjoyed mentoring others and wanted to move her career in a direction that would allow her to mentor both clients and agents.

“I could see a need in our area for effective agent training and support,” Debbie said. “Shari was one of the first people to call me. With her excellent record in business ownership, I knew she was someone I wanted to partner with.”

As the trio weighed franchising against opening an independent office, NextHome became the clear choice.

“The communication from NextHome has been phenomenal,” Debbie said. “The franchise also offers exceptional value for the tools it provides.”

Randy was also all in with NextHome franchising.

“For me it was the exponential growth of the company,” Randy said. “That spoke volumes to me. This was an organization that was delivering to the people who joined it.”

Today, NextHome Momentum is offering top-tier service to clients, and hands-on support for its agents.

With 10 agents already attracted by Debbie, Shari, and Randy’s management style, NextHome Momentum is poised to provide exceptional real estate experiences.

“We have one trainer who has a master’s in education, and who is also a REALTOR®,” Debbie said. “Our talented roster, combined with NextHome’s support and robust marketing gives us the opportunity to provide consistency.”

In their community, both Shari and Debbie are Guardians ad Litem for the Florida Children’s Court System. In these roles, they become the voice for children in the foster care system.

“My heart is in this work from my own experience being adopted,” Debbie said. “I go to visit these children once a month and go to court and speak for their best interests. I wanted to be a voice for children who need it.”

Debbie and Randy are the parents of five children – four boys and one girl. They are also the grandparents of 11 children, ranging in ages from three to 15.

Please join us in congratulating Debbie, Randy, and Shari on the opening of NextHome Momentum in Pace, Florida!
