NextHome announces 11 new office locations in July 2018

Pleasanton, CA — August 1, 2018 — NextHome is proud to welcome 11 new franchised locations announced in the month of July 2018.

July started off with Mary Ann Wilson opening her office in Cary, North Carolina with her brokerage – NextHome In The Triangle. As a longtime business entrepreneur, Mary Ann will take her top level real estate sales volume and lead other talented agents at her firm.

San Antonio, Texas was the next stop of the NextHome national expansion. Veteran real estate broker Tomas Landin launched NextHome Leading Edge Realty. Tomas brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to the franchise along with a strong background in marketing.

Michigan saw David Bengston open the doors to the tenth office in the state with his franchised location – NextHome Bloom Real Estate. Located in the Grand Rapids suburb of Grandville, Dave and the team at NextHome Bloom Real Estate will provide high-level service to the Grand Rapids metro area which is home to more than 2 million residents.

Business partners Matthew Gilbert and Aaron Turnage opened the doors to NextHome Leeward & Company. The Lee’s Summit brokerage will serve clients in both Missouri and Kansas. Matthew and Aaron are two top-producing agents who have collaborated together to create a dynamic brokerage.

Longtime Florida real estate icon Laura Solis brings nearly 25 years of real estate experience to the NextHome franchise as she launches NextHome Presidential Realty. She will be joined on the leadership team by her partner Sally Conner as the two have worked alongside one another for 20 years. Located in Hallandale Beach, the company will serve the entire Fort Lauderdale metro area.

July welcomed another Florida brokerage when Jon Brumer opened NextHome Premier Neighborhood Realty. Located in St. Cloud, the brokerage will serve the areas of St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, and the remainder of the Orlando Metro Area.

The NextHome franchise started the first franchised location in the city of Boston when Donald Donnalson opened NextHome Azule Realty. Donald will be joined on the leadership team by real estate manager Caroline DeJesus. The brokerage will feature new construction, acquisition, and resale of properties throughout the Boston metro area.

The man known as “Mr. Lake Norman” opened his new brokerage – NextHome At The Lake – located in Mooresville, North Carolina. Kelly Myers will serve as the owner/operator of the brokerage and he will be joined on the leadership team by broker in charge Dawn McGinn.

Sandy Tucker announced the opening of her Calistoga, California office – NextHome In The Valley. A top producing REALTOR®, Sandy and her team will service the areas of Calistoga, St. Helena, Yountville, Napa, Angwin, and the surrounding areas.

NextHome Premier launched in Warren, New Jersey. The brokerage will be owned and operated by broker John Mangini. He comes from a background of owning and running one of the top franchised real estate brokerages in the state of New Jersey.

Finally, July ended strong with the opening of NextHome City Realty – Detroit Branch. This is the second location for owner Paul Mychalowych. As a 14-year real estate veteran, Mychalowych is one of the top-producing REALTORS® in the area. He will also serve as the broker-of-record for the company.

The NextHome franchise is proud to announce 56 new offices opened since the beginning of 2018.
