We had visited the Columbia / Lexington area from our home in Summerville looking for a home to purchase, and had dealt with 1 or 2 other realtors with different companies. We found these realtors weren't paying close attention to our wants and needs which wasted a lot of our time traveling to the area house shopping. Once we reached out to Matt and started being shown homes, we knew right away he was the Realtor for us. He understood our time constraints from traveling from out of town to "house hunt", listened very carefully to what both my wife and I were looking for and tried to accommodate every detail. He was very very knowledgeable of the Lexington / Columbia area and not only helped find us a great home but also a great neighborhood. Matt demonstrated excellent realtor skills, not once did we feel like he was trying to make a quick sale with a lot of "fluff". My husband and I were in the market for a rental home for a family member and when I emailed zillo, they got me in contact with Janeth Butler. All I can say is Great Job Autumn. She is a Fantastic Realtor. We lived out of town. Autumn went above and beyond for us. She would always answer our phone calls and text unless she was busy with another client but if she was busy she would text us and let us know she was tied up and would call us back immediately when she was free.
