Born and raised in the midlands, I am so in love with all that the great state of South Carolina has to offer its residents. I grew up in Cayce, right in the middle of everything and close to all interstates, I have become familiar with all of the surrounding areas. From Camden to Prosperity, I have been serving clients for the past six years, as a full time realtor. Before Real Estate, I attended Coastal Carolina University and went into the banking industry. I am fully committed to providing the best possible experience for my clients, keeping their needs first and advocating for the best possible outcome for them.
I am a mother to the most amazing toddler boy, who has also fallen in love with showing houses on the occasions that we have to pick up and go! I enjoy spending time with those closest to me. I love live music. Laughing will always be the best medicine and building lasting relationships with my clients is important to me.

We have now bought and sold a home with Autumn. She gets 5 stars because she seriously put in 5 star work for my wife and I. Whether late or early she was available to us. She was a tremendous help in navigating offers and where the market was going. She
made all the paperwork simple by walking us through what everything was for and helping us sign it electronically. And best of all, before, during, and after the process it always felt like a family member or close friend was helping us out.

Autumn went above and beyond for us. She made sure all the houses we looked at had everything we were looking for, they were all in the correct location, they were all in our price range and they were all beautiful!! She also made sure all our questions
we answered, if she didnt know the answer she did all she could to get us the answer. She made sure we got to view as many houses as we needed to, even if it was later then she wanted. One night she even showed us a house a 8 pm because that was the time we

Autumn responded to our request for information regarding selling our rental property, provided a comprehensive analysis of the market values of the area, and accepted the Listing Agreement for the property. Within a FEW HOURS, Autumn advised that we had
offers for consideration! Autumn was extremely helpful thru the closing process, INCLUDING assisting the buyers agent with responding to the documentation required of the buyers in order to close the transaction.
