Hi! I’m Dayna Britt, Realtor with NextHome Specialists! I was born in Dearborn Michigan and lived there until I was 12. It was great- we had the most beautiful summers and the best snow in the winter. We grew up close to all of our family and traveled to Clearwater Beach every year for vacation (my grandparents had a home there). In the summer of 1994 we moved to Lexington South Carolina -my first memory of moving! Lexington is where I have spent the majority of my life. I have watched this town grow and expand so much over the last 30 years. 

I have one daughter, she is in middle school and is very active in sports. I have now entered my Uber stage of life – driving her all over for practice and games! There have been many contracts written from softball fields! 

I love the role I play in educating and helping folks navigate the home buying & selling moments. Over the last 3 years, I have had the privilege of walking beside nearly 100 families during one of the biggest decisions that they will make – often ending with some tears of joy at the closing table! I pour everything I have into the whole process.
