Pleasanton, CA — June 4, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Infinite Real Estate Solutions, based in Columbus, Georgia. The brokerage represents the eighth office location opened in Georgia for the NextHome franchise and the 580th NextHome office opened nationally.
The brokerage will serve all types of residential clients in Muscogee and Harris counties in Georgia, and Russell and Lee counties in Alabama.
NextHome Infinite Real Estate Solutions is owned by Dorothy Loyal and Felecia Saunders – two dedicated REALTORS® with a heart for helping people with all of their real estate needs.

Dorothy entered real estate in 2007 after serving 23 years in the U.S. Army. After a distinguished career serving in forward operating positions, leading companies of several hundred people, and serving in Iraq, Dorothy pursued her dream of joining the real estate industry. While attending real estate school, she met Felecia and the two remained great friends.
Dorothy began working with Century 21 Premier Real Estate, where she built a reputation for honest, ethical service.
Felecia has been working in real estate since 2007 while maintaining a dual career in the insurance industry. Despite working two jobs, Felecia excelled in real estate. In 2020, in the depths of a global pandemic, she was recognized as a member of her brokerage’s Million Dollar Club.
In 2020, Felecia retired from her insurance job to pursue real estate.
“Dorothy and I always thought we would do something together after I retired,” Felecia said. “Real estate has always been a passion for me and NextHome offered the right opportunity at the right time.”
The franchise provided the right mix of technology, tools, branding, support, and company culture. Both Dorothy and Felecia knew that this mix would help them provide unparalleled customer service.

When not in the office, Felecia enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and connecting with new people. She and her husband Russell have been married for 31 years and are the parents of two sons, Bryson and Brandon.
Dorothy is an avid bowler who also enjoys cheering on her beloved Atlanta Hawks. She has been married for 36 years to Alfred and is mother to three daughters and grandmother to three children.
