Pleasanton, CA — February 6, 2023 — NextHome is thrilled to announce that several leaders on their senior team have been selected as RISMedia 2023 Real Estate Newsmakers — a dynamic group of key influencers making headlines as a result of their newsworthy contributions to the real estate industry, and their efforts to positively affect the consumers and communities they serve.
RISMedia, the leader in U.S. real estate news and information services, announced its 2023 Real Estate Newsmakers this month in both an online directory on RISMedia.com and in the February issue of its flagship publication, Real Estate magazine.
RISMedia’s 2023 Real Estate Newsmakers were nominated in 2022 by RISMedia readers and editors and are showcased in the following categories: Influencers, Trailblazers, Futurists, Achievers, Crusaders, and Luminaries.
Chief Executive Officer James Dwiggins was named a Crusader, a category for “The Champions of a Better Way.” Always looking to make a difference, James expanded the firm’s charitable reach in 2022 with the creation of the NextHome Disaster Relief Foundation which is designed to provide financial assistance to those in the NextHome network who are victims of natural or man-made disasters. James serves on the board of directors alongside NextHome owners and brokers.
Chief Operating Officer Tei Baishiki was named a Luminary, a category described as “The Iconic Leaders.” Earlier this year, NextHome partnered with Inside Real Estate to provide kvCORE, the industry’s top-rated technology platform as an included member benefit. Tei and his team have been spearheading the launch, all while ensuring zero interruption in the business of NextHome’s members.
Chief Strategy Officer Keith Robinson was named a Luminary, a category described as “The Iconic Leaders.” Keith believes the most crucial characteristic of a successful professional in any field is a commitment to continuous learning. He and his team provide training opportunities that help NextHome’s members keep up with perpetual shifts in the real estate industry and earn certifications.
Vice President of Sales Charis Moreno was named a Crusader, a category for “The Champions of a Better Way.” Charis’ 2022 accomplishments at NextHome were driven by a commitment to diversity. NextHome created the NextHome Diversity and Inclusion Committee and partnered with the National Association of REALTORS® to offer its network the At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification course free of charge. Charis herself also taught a REALTOR® safety course for network members.
Vice President of Learning & Development Jim Fischetti was named an Influencer, a group for “The Thought Leaders.” With a signature mix of empathy, experience, and motivational power, Jim inspires members to achieve their goals, while having a little fun along the way. He has spent his career transforming brokerages into their region’s highest achievers. In 2022, Jim led the launch of The Academy, a comprehensive coaching and accountability program that is deeply embedded in the NextHome ecosystem.
“It’s always so inspiring to see the incredible accomplishments of so many real estate professionals around the country and this year’s group of 2023 Newsmakers takes that concept to a whole new level. From the creativity and innovation being implemented through our changing times, to industry records being broken, to the wonderful charitable work being done across the nation, we continue to be amazed by the ingenuity and success of these real estate professionals, over 300 of whom we are honoring on our sixth year of publishing Real Estate Newsmakers,” said John Featherston, Founder, CEO, and publisher of RISMedia.
NextHome would like to thank the entire NextHome membership for their ongoing support, and dedication to making a difference in the real estate industry and in the lives of those in their local communities.
