Pleasanton, CA — May 28, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Signature Properties, based in Graham, Washington. The brokerage represents the 13th office location opened in Washington for the NextHome franchise and the 577th NextHome office opened nationally.
NextHome Signature Properties is owned by Designated Managing Broker, Debbie Mitchell. Amanda Berteig will lead the brokerage’s day to day operations, including its sales and growth division.
Amanda started her real estate career as Debbie’s assistant and after much encouragement, Amanda obtained her real estate license in California and was the first agent to join NextHome Signature Properties in Granite Bay. Since obtaining her license in both Washington and California, Amanda has sold over $13.5 million in sales since joining the NextHome Family. Because of Amanda’s strong commitment to family and the real estate industry, it was an easy choice to continue to support Amanda in the Northwest.
“As her designated broker, I could not be more proud of her accomplishments in the Northwest Region in such a short time,” said Debbie.
NextHome Signature Properties (Graham) will serve clients across Western Washington, including Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Tacoma, Renton, Thurston County, and the Seattle suburbs.
NextHome Signature Properties (Graham) builds on the success of Debbie’s first NextHome office based in Granite Bay, California. Since opening that initial office in 2018, Debbie has shattered already remarkable sales records. Last year, Debbie transacted more than $14 million in sales volume, making 2020 her best year ever. As a brokerage, NextHome Signature Properties also elevated the service level clients can expect in the Northern California real estate market.
“I work really hard to cultivate relationships with my clients before the sale,” Debbie said. “For me, humans over houses is a way of being.”
That people-first way of doing business is a legacy that Debbie and Amanda will continue to champion in Graham.
Debbie has been a top-producing REALTOR® in the Sacramento region for more than two decades. She picked up the business quickly, selling 10 homes in her first six months as a REALTOR®. From that point forward, she built her business by referral and has been selling at least $10 million annually ever since.
From 2008 to 2013, Debbie averaged more than 100 transactions per year.
After working for 18 years at a local franchised office, Debbie was ready to go out on her own and open a brokerage under the NextHome brand.
