Pleasanton, CA — May 12, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Premier Realtors, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The brokerage represents the 10th office location opened in Louisiana for the NextHome franchise and the 568th NextHome office opened nationally.
NextHome Premier Realtors will serve clients across Jefferson, St. Bernard, and Orleans parishes, specializing in properties in the French Quarter, Faubourg Marigny, Bywater, Uptown, the Garden District, Mid-City, and Tremé neighborhoods.
NextHome Premier Realtors is owned by high-performing REALTOR® and New Orleans local, Harry Varnadore.
Harry began his real estate sales career in 2009. Prior to real estate, Harry was director of human resources for Equifax.
Since obtaining his license, Harry has worked with two New Orleans-based franchises. He spent eight years with Prudential Gardener and another four years with Keller Williams Uptown.
From the beginning, Harry was a high-achieving REALTOR®. His first year in business, he was his brokerage’s Rookie of the Year and he has been a Platinum Award recipient every year since. Most recently, Harry was in the top 10 percent of high-performing REALTORS® at his brokerage.
Building on all this success, Harry knew that he wanted to open his own brokerage. He spent several years looking for a franchise that aligned with his values, and where he saw the market heading.
“Then, I found NextHome and the rest is history,” Harry said.

When he isn’t building his business, Harry is a world traveler. He has visited more than 50 countries and looks forward to traveling to Paris for Christmas.
