Pleasanton, CA — May 11, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the expansion of NextHome Ocean State Realty Group into Bristol, Rhode Island. This second brokerage builds on the success of NextHome Ocean State Realty Group’s first office location in Cranston, Rhode Island.
The Bristol expansion represents the second office location opened in Rhode Island for the NextHome franchise and the 567th NextHome office opened nationally. Owner Brian Buonaiuto pioneered the brand in 2019 when he opened the first NextHome franchise in the state.
NextHome Ocean State Realty Group will continue to provide unparalleled service across Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts, including in the cities of Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport, Tiverton, Barrington, and Warren.
However, the new office in Bristol will allow the brokerage to provide focused, community-level service for this growing area.
“We are excited to be a part of this community and offer buyers and sellers something fresh and innovative,” Brian said. “Our brokerage takes pride in being able to service the entire state. Based on the size of Rhode Island, an agent can drive from one side of the state to the other in 45 minutes. However, with an office in this community, we can be present and service this area’s specific needs that much better.”
Brian is joined on the brokerage’s leadership team by his wife Tara, who as a licensed agent, will run the day-to-day operations in Bristol.
Brian comes from a background in corporate management, where he had previously worked at several different Fortune 500 Companies such as Burger King, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Public Storage.
Knowing he was no longer interested in corporate America, Brian had an eye on pursuing his passion for real estate and in 2018, he left his management role to make the move to selling homes full-time.
“I wanted to take my business experience and direct it towards a career where I felt I could really make a difference with buyers and sellers who were looking for great representation,” Brian said.
He started with a small independent brokerage in Cranston and did very well in his first year. But it was a conversation with a friend from Florida that caught his attention.
“I was anxious to start my own brokerage as soon as I was able,” Brian said. “My friend told me about her brokerage (NextHome Gulf Coast) and I looked into the franchise.”
“Everything I saw, I absolutely loved,” he added.
In early 2019, Brian opened NextHome Ocean State Realty Group in Cranston.
Brian says the NextHome Ocean State Realty Group difference will be having “a company that delivers high level technology that not only helps the buyers and sellers, but also allows agents to provide a ton of value for their clients.”
Brian and Tara have been married for seven years and they have a six-year-old son, Jack. With Jack having autism, the couple are very involved with multiple charities and organizations that provide support to families with autistic children.
