Pleasanton, CA — November 4, 2020 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Tomorrow Realty, based in Lewes, Delaware. The brokerage represents the second office location opened in Delaware for the NextHome franchise and the 522nd brokerage opened nationally.
NextHome Tomorrow Realty will serve all types of residential and commercial clients across Sussex and southern Kent counties including the towns of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Milton, Bethany Beach, Millsboro, Dagsboro, Harbeson, Georgetown, and Milford.
The brokerage is owned by the husband and wife team of Craig and ErinAnn Beebe. Erin’s mother, Nora Martin, will be NextHome Tomorrow Realty’s Broker of Record. The family ownership team brings a wealth of experience to NextHome Tomorrow Realty, including ErinAnn’s extensive expertise in selling and listing beach homes, out-of-state buyers and sellers, and rightsizing for seniors. Nora has established a reputation for excellence throughout her 14-years in brokerage management and currently sits on the Delaware Real Estate Commission.
ErinAnn “Erin” obtained her real estate license almost a decade ago after stepping away from a career in event marketing with Dover Speedway.
“My mom suggested I look into real estate,” ErinAnn recalled. “I like school, I like learning, so I thought it couldn’t hurt to try.”
ErinAnn discovered a job where she could enjoy lasting client relationships and where her passion for innovation could thrive and successfully sold with RE/MAX Realty Group ever since until joining NextHome.
Industry conditions didn’t make ErinAnn’s entry into real estate sales easy.
“I started in 2011 when the market was pretty depressed here,” ErinAnn recalled. “I worked really, really, hard and had great learning experiences.”
That hard work and dedication to her clients eventually earned ErinAnn a lot of repeat clients. Today, she is thrilled that about 97 percent of her clients are referral or return.
As her career evolved, ErinAnn began thinking about creating a long-term growth strategy – for both her and her husband and her mother.
“I’m always striving for more,” ErinAnn said. “I knew I needed to grow with a brokerage that was forward-thinking, that embraced new technology, and was willing to innovate as the industry changes.”
As she flipped through trade publications, mulling over owning her own franchise, she stumbled across NextHome.
“I loved that NextHome changes with the times and its forward-thinking technology was really important to me” ErinAnn said. “And it doesn’t hurt that my favorite color is orange,” she added with a smile.
Today, ErinAnn, Craig, and Nora are building a business where talented agents can truly feel supported – and where they feel empowered to provide phenomenal service.
“I understand how so many agents don’t feel supported where they are at,” ErinAnn said. “We want to build an environment where they can talk to the broker about anything and not feel that the broker is their biggest competition.”
“Nora is truly the best in the business,” Craig added. “I don’t think there is anyone better. A lot of brokers think very highly of Nora. In addition, ErinAnn brings great things from the sales side. She is a phenomenal manager who has built incredible relationships.”
Craig comes from a background in business and technology, working with multi-billion-dollar companies. Craig offers extensive expertise in business growth and management.
Craig and ErinAnn are celebrating four years of marriage this October and together they enjoy all things outdoors. ErinAnn is a devoted dog mom and enjoys dancing, going for walks and soaking in the sunshine on nearby Cape Henlopen, Lewes and Rehoboth beaches.
