Pleasanton, CA — October 16, 2020 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Realty Connection, based in Evanston, Wyoming. The brokerage represents the first office location opened in Wyoming for the NextHome franchise and the 518th NextHome office opened nationally.
NextHome Realty Connection will serve clients across Evanston, a beautiful mountain town just 79 miles from Park City, Utah. The brokerage is owned by Becci Fraughton, a 20-year veteran in Evanston real estate who is a top-producing agent in her region.
Becci was raised in Evanston and entered the real estate profession in 2001.
“I was in my early 20s, working as a bartender at the time,” Becci recalled. “One day a local broker, Denny Ottley, came in with his assistant Tracy Gomez and asked me if I had considered real estate sales as a profession. After thinking it over, I got my license and benefited greatly from working under Denny and Tracy’s leadership.”
Her formative years were spent at Uinta Realty where Becci became a driven professional. In 2006, she joined Coldwell Banker Preferred Realty where she continued to achieve remarkable sales numbers. In 2019, Becci achieved 51 transactions, and she has consistently maintained a high transaction volume throughout her career.
“Real estate has always been a natural fit for me,” Becci said. “I’ve always been a top producer because I truly love what I do.”
Becci is a second-generation REALTOR® who is looking forward to passing on a legacy of excellence to her daughter, Jericca, who will be joining her at NextHome Realty Connection.
That desire to build a legacy around her own brand and business prompted Becci to look into franchising options. Becci also knew that she wanted to create an opportunity where she could reinvest in herself and enjoy a greater degree of control over her business. After a quick internet search, and a good dose of researching, Becci knew she had found the right franchise option with NextHome.
“I immediately loved the innovation of the back office,” Becci said. “NextHome offers incredible tools, and I love that NextHome has so many marketing techniques and so much to offer.”
Today, Becci is setting NextHome Realty Connection apart through cutting-edge marketing and client outreach.
“I love that NextHome gives me the tools to form and maintain relationships with my clients for years after I’ve helped them with their property,” Becci said.
In her community, Becci is known as a giving person who runs several initiatives to help others. Becci, along with her husband Sonny and several other family friends, are the founders of Festivals for Families. The annual event raises money for local children who can’t afford Christmas celebrations and gifts. Through auctions and donations, the 503C has raised more than $1 million for local children in its 16 years of existence.
In addition, Becci is the founder of Blanket of Hope, an organization that helps Evanston locals battling cancer with travel expenses.
“The nearest place to get quality cancer treatment is in Salt Lake City, more than 89 miles away,” Becci explained. “Those travel costs can really add up. We hope to help with that through fundraising.”
Becci is also involved with the Jack and Mary Jarose Foundation, an initiative that raises scholarship money for Evanston teens in memory of Becci’s dear family friends who were killed in a house fire.
Becci and Sonny are the proud parents of four children; Jericca (28), Taylor (26), Jessy (24), and Shawn (23). Becci is also grandma to four little children: Raelynn (3), Asher (3), Desmond (2), and Willow (1).
Together the family enjoys camping and riding Razors through Evanston’s stunning outdoors.
Please join us in congratulating Becci on the opening of NextHome Realty Connection in Evanston, Wyoming!
