Pleasanton, CA — May 31, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Executive Group. This is the 17th NextHome office opened in the state of Texas.
Based out of McKinney, the brokerage will be owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Wayne Warshawsky and Georgianna “Georgia” Anderson. Wayne will serve as the broker of record for the company, while Georgia will handle the day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
NextHome Executive Group is dedicated to serving the needs of clients in McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Parker, Melissa, Princeton, Anna, and the remainder of the Dallas Metro Area.
Considered part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Area, the city of McKinney is approximately 20 minutes north of Dallas. McKinney is home to more than 170,00o residents.
Georgia started her real estate career in 2000 while living in Casper, Wyoming. After two years of strong real estate sales, she moved to Fort Worth, Texas and worked as a corporate accountant. She attained her Texas real estate license in 2008 and began working at the local RE/MAX office.
Georgia picked up local real estate quickly. She sold 20+ homes annually while working in one of the more affluent areas in Texas.
Georgia met Wayne at RE/MAX, where he was a high-producing REALTOR®.
Licensed since 2004, Wayne worked for RE/Max in both Plano and McKinney. He was a top producer for more than a decade selling an incredible 100+ transactions annually. His team – “The North Texas Real Estate Group” – was one of the top teams in the entire area.
In 2016, Wayne began researching opening his own brokerage.
“The team operated independently from the brokerage and we used less and less of the company’s resources,” recalled Wayne. “At that point, we felt it was best to go out on our own.”
In January of 2017, Wayne and Georgia started North Texas Real Estate Group. The brokerage featured ten agents who not only sold real estate, but helped build a 200+ property management business.
While successful, Wayne and Georgia wanted to provide more for their agents.
“One of our agents provided info about the NextHome franchise,” said Georgia. “After seeing what the company had to offer and the look and feel of the brand, we were on board from the start.”
NextHome Executive Group will offer a unique experience for the McKinney community.

Married since February of 2017, the couple have a blended family of five children – daughters Rheannon (age 26), Madeline (16) and Macy (13), and sons Kaden (23) and Braxton (9).
