Pleasanton, CA— April 21, 2017 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome At The Beach. The new brokerage is the 24th NextHome franchise location in the state of Florida.
Based out of Daytona Beach, NextHome At The Beach will be owned by business partners Robyn Stahl and Paige Brewer. The brokerage will support the counties of the Flagler and Volusia. These counties include the cities of Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Ponce Inlet and Deland.
The company will provide sales services for residential, luxury, commercial, second homes, multi-family, investment properties, and first time home buyer opportunities.
Stahl has been in real estate since 1986 in various roles as a real estate professional. She served as a mortgage processor and title processor for nearly 25 years before getting her real estate license in 2013.
Brewer started her real estate career in Louisiana in 2009 and moved to Daytona Beach upon her husband’s retirement from the military. His retirement proved to be the perfect opportunity to move to a Florida beach community.
The business partners met while volunteering as members of their local Women’s Council of REALTORS®. While both women worked in the Daytona Beach area, they connected while members of two separate real estate companies.
In 2016, Brewer served as the President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® -Daytona Beach Area Network and in 2017 serves as the District Vice President for District 8 and 9 for the state of Florida.
This year, Stahl serves as the current President for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Daytona Beach Area Network.
“Robyn and I get along great,” said Brewer. “We started building a team with Abby Schwemlein as additional supporting agent and we find her invaluable. With the three of us together, we knew we had the foundation for a great brokerage.”
In 2016, the team sold over $13,000,000 in sales volume with 57 transaction sides – exceptional numbers in a market where the average sales price is $230,000.
The partners attribute their sales success to focus on the service rather than the sale. Additionally, Daytona Beach serves as a large market for military veterans. Stahl and Brewer have become specialists in helping veterans use VA loans and educating them in how to buy a home using this type of loan.
In working closely through the Women’s Council of REALTORS, they found themselves seeing eye-to-eye with business theory and vision of what they would want in a brokerage. Knowing they had the same business mindset, they felt it was a great time to open their own brokerage.
“We know we can provide a service to agents in our market from a brokerage stand point tools that they can’t get at any other brokerage,” said Stahl. “NextHome gives us the edge that hasn’t existed in our market.”
