Pleasanton, CA— February 28, 2017 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the NextHome franchise – NextHome App Realty. This represents the 3rd NextHome office location in the state of Indiana.
Based out of Columbus, NextHome App Realty will be led by brokers Tony Purkey and Devin Tudor. The brokerage will provide real estate services such as residential sales, land sales, luxury home sales, investment property sales and purchases for first time homebuyers.
The brokerage will serve the residents of Columbus, Fishers, Carmel and Southern Indianapolis. The city of Columbus is located 40 minutes south of Indianapolis and is home to over 45,000 residents.
NextHome App Realty will represent a high-tech, high-touch real estate service for their clients. With Purkey coming from an IT background, he found NextHome to be exactly what they wanted in a real estate franchise.
The lifelong friends came together to run a business and wansted to partner with a company which had the vision and technology focus they find valuable in today’s real estate landscape.
