Pleasanton, CA — September 10, 2020 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome NextGen Realty, based in Lewisville, Texas. The brokerage represents the 38th office location opened in Texas for the NextHome franchise and the 511th NextHome office opened nationally.

NextHome NextGen Realty is poised to serve clients across the Lewisville area, including Carrollton, Coppell, Flower Mound, Irving, and the remainder of Denton, Dallas, Collin, and Tarrant counties. 

Lewisville is a thriving suburb of Dallas that has blossomed into one of the fastest growing city populations in the United States. Today, more than 109,000 people call Lewisville home. 

One of those people is NextHome NextGen Realty’s broker/owner Hina Patel. 

Hina began her real estate sales career in 2001 in Mansfield, Texas. She soon moved to Denton County and began working with Winans GMAC Real Estate. Throughout 10 years with the brokerage, Hina blossomed as a REALTOR® and developed a local reputation for excellence. 

In 2011, Hina’s career evolved right alongside market forces and she joined Redfin. At the time, the online brokerage was a relative newcomer to the industry. Hina was only the third agent the company hired in the Dallas area, and she grew as the company grew. 

In 2018, Hina joined JP and Associates Realtors where she continued to go above and beyond for her clients. 

“The best part of my job is the feeling I get when I help buyers,” Hina said. “When you have helped someone with such a major part of their lives, it truly is a feeling like no other. Now, after being in business for so long, I am thrilled that so much of my business is referrals. Helping people who were once my first-time home buyers purchase their second or even third home is incredibly rewarding. It is something I am very proud of.”

That pride in her work, combined with her naturally entrepreneurial spirit, made Hina a born business owner. 

“From the get-go, I always wanted to own my own brokerage,” Hina said. “I’m an independent thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. After almost 20 years in the industry, I’ve learned what agents truly need from a broker. With all of that experience and knowledge, I want to offer agents unparalleled support.”

Hina knew that she needed the right franchise partner to accomplish her goals. That’s when a close friend, Aixa Galarza, started looking into opening her own NextHome franchise.

“She had so many positive things to say about NextHome that I started looking at it too,” Hina said. 

Today, Aixa is the owner of NextHome Preferred Properties in nearby Grapevine, Texas. 

Hina knew that NextHome was the right franchise fit for her as well after she saw the company’s value. 

“When I compared the costs, it was impressive,” Hina said. “I liked that fact that all the training, the back-end support, the technology, is all there ready to go. Through all of these tools, I can create far more value for clients.”

Now as a NextHome broker/owner, Hina aims to recruit quality agents who can be suburb brand ambassadors and carry the NextHome NextGen Realty difference into their communities. In addition, Hina is building a brokerage based on a family environment and values. 

“I want my agents to be able to come and talk to me about issues they may be having or be able to discuss clients who may need that extra help,” Hina said. “I want us to be a family, not just a brokerage. My agents know they can talk with me about anything.”

In addition to being a business owner, Hina is the mother of three children, Kajul (16), Sai (13), and Veer (9). She has been married to her husband Bhavesh for 20 years and together they enjoy spending time with both sides of their extensive families. 

Each Christmas season, Hina, Bhavesh, and their children find a volunteer opportunity that they can participate in alongside their extended family. Last year, the family helped prepare pre-packaged meals for an area food bank. In other years, they have distributed sandwiches in South Dallas and volunteered at the North Texas Food Bank. 

“Family is really important to me and we try to make the best experiences we can,” Hina said.

Located about 20 miles west of Fort Worth, NextHome Sweet Home will serve clients across Parker and Palo Pinto counties. NextHome Sweet Home associates are knowledgeable in all types of residential real estate, but the brokerage is especially well-positioned to focus on investor and higher-end properties. 

The office is owned by James Da Vault, a high-producing professional who has extensive experience with Texas investment properties. 

James has been a licensed REALTOR® in Texas for more than 20 years, working with two nationally franchised brokerages. Throughout the years, James has become one of Millsap’s leading experts on residential investment real estate. He was the general contractor for two of his own investment properties and enjoys helping others achieve their passive income goals. 

Starting in 2015, James began to shift his focus from investment to real estate sales. After building a solid foundation in varying types of residential sales, James obtained his broker’s license. Always the entrepreneur, James knew 2020 was the right time to go out on his own. As he was mulling over his options, James stumbled onto NextHome. Although he was intrigued by the franchise’s suite of technology and tools, James needed to do more research. 

“I called up a NextHome broker/owner in Fort Worth and they were very positive,” James recalled. “Among other things, they talked about the value of all NextHome’s tools and systems. They said that, for the price, there was no way you could replicate all the things NextHome provides.”

The brokerage represents the 35th office location opened in Texas for the NextHome franchise and the 473rd NextHome office opened nationally.

Located in historic downtown Grapevine, this bi-lingual brokerage will serve residential buyers and sellers across the Dallas/Fort Worth region. Located a mere 10 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Grapevine is known for its attractive architecture and appealing downtown. From this vantage point, NextHome Preferred Properties can skillfully serve the needs of clients in Plano, Frisco, Dallas, Fort Worth, and the remainder of Tarrant, Denton, and Dallas counties. 

Owners Aixa and Jose Galarza bring a history of real estate excellence to their brokerage. As one of the highest producing REALTORS® in the state of Texas, Aixa has a history of delivering superior service – especially to the area’s Spanish-speaking population.

Although licensed in 2007, Aixa stepped into real estate full-time in 2015. Her career took her to three nationally franchised brokerages: Keller Williams, Redfin, and Century 21. 

In 2019, Aixa was in the top one percent of producing agents with the local Century 21 brokerage. Her customer satisfaction ratings were among the best in the business, and that dedication to her clients propelled Aixa to statewide prestige. As her success grew, Aixa and Jose began to think about their career-long goal of opening their own brokerage.

The family also volunteers with Flags for Fallen Veterans. Each Memorial Day, the group makes sure that an American flag is displayed at every burial site at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.

The Galarzas are the proud parents of two daughters: Isis (23) and Frances (21). When they are together, the family loves traveling.

Pleasanton, CA — May 13, 2020 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Our Town, based in Waco, Texas. The brokerage represents the 34th office location opened in Texas for the NextHome franchise and the 470th NextHome office opened nationally.

Located in the heart of Texas, the growing Waco area is home to more than 234,000 people. NextHome Our Town will serve clients across McLennan County including Waco, Woodway, Hewitt, Robinson, China Spring, Lorena, McGregor, and other surrounding cities.  

NextHome Our Town is owned by Waco native and real estate veteran Cristi McGowan. With more than 20 years of experience in Texas real estate, Cristi is happy to help clients with all types of residential transactions. 

After graduating from the University of Houston, and working for a brief time in technology sales, Cristi began a career in new home construction. For the next six years, her won’t-quit work ethic benefited builders in the Houston area. 

However, Cristi began to long for the simplicity of her Waco hometown. In 2007, she moved back to Waco and worked with StyleCraft Builders. 

Cristi obtained her real estate sales license in 2011 and immediately chartered the Heart of Texas chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Cristi was the group’s founding president from 2011 to 2012 and remains an integral part of the organization to this day. 

In 2012, Cristi had the opportunity to take over a team and book of business from a top REALTOR® client she met through her with StyleCraft, it was then that her real estate sales career really took off.  

“It was a wonderful opportunity,” Cristi said. 

For the next five years, Cristi excelled as a team leader and top-producer with RE/MAX Centex Associates. 

Although she was successful under Centex Associates, Cristi always knew that she was built to be a business owner. In 2017, she opened her own independent brokerage – Waco Home Team. 

“I’ve always been incredibly entrepreneurial, creative, and independent,” Cristi said. “Owning my own company is in my DNA. I love learning by doing, thinking outside the box, and rising to new challenges.”

Cristi spent the next years growing her business and doing incredibly well. Waco Home Team was busy enough to employ a full-time executive assistant and transaction manager. In 2019, she hired a marketing manager. 

However, Cristi has always been forward-thinking in her approach to business and she began to see changes on the horizon. 

“As my business grew and the market evolved, customer expectations shifted,” Cristi said. “I wanted to think about expanding and adding more services. As industries change, we need to be constantly learning and evolving. That’s when I started exploring opportunities to franchise.”

As she was talking with a potential franchisor, it became clear that Cristi and the franchisor didn’t agree on several key points. 

“Exasperated, she finally told me that I just needed to check out NextHome,” Cristi recalled. “And NextHome was the last call I ever made. It was a perfect fit.”

Cristi had the unique experience of first speaking directly with NextHome’s Chief Executive Officer, James Dwiggins.

“Nothing he said was canned or rehearsed,” Cristi said. “He was incredibly honest and filled with motivation for NextHome’s philosophy. I thought, that’s a franchise I could work with.”

“I’ve always had to piece together back end technology tools and figure out how to make them work with each other,” Cristi said. “As a result, the percentage of agents who actually use these tools to provide superior service can be really low. Cristi is also very active in real estate leadership and community service. Throughout the years, she has remained active with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® on both the state and local level. Her love of the Waco community shows through her service with the local Lions Club and her son’s Scouts BSA troop. In addition, Cristi is a passionate supporter of The American Cancer Society. 

“After my mother passed away six years ago from brain cancer, it became very personal,” Cristi said. “I don’t know anyone who is not impacted by cancer. Through my service, I’m able to fill a need for some of the work and education that Cancer deserves.”

Cristi met her husband Chris while attending Texas A&M University. They have known each other for almost 30 years and have been married for 21 years. Together, they are the proud parents of one son, Oliver, who will turn 10 in May. 

When Cristi isn’t building her business, she loves to spend time at Waco’s downtown farmer’s market, enjoy the sights at Cameron Park, and bake.

Pleasanton, CA — April 9, 2020 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome First Choice Realty, based in Grand Prairie, Texas. The brokerage represents the 33rd office location opened in Texas for the NextHome franchise and the 456th NextHome office opened nationally.

The brokerage will serve residential buyers and sellers who are looking for quality service from career-oriented real estate professionals. Counties serviced include Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collin, Johnson, and Ellis along with the remainder of the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.

NextHome First Choice is owned by the husband and wife team Valerie and Tim DoBrava, who have more than 17 years of experience in local real estate. Valerie will take the role of Broker in Charge and Tim will handle NextHome First Choice’s business operations. 

Both Valerie and Tim first obtained their real estate licenses in 2003. Prior to that, they both worked at a national freight and shipping business.

Valerie is a third-generation real estate professional who worked with two nationally-recognized franchised brands before opening her own office in 2008. 

During her first 10 months in real estate, Valerie was able to sell an astonishing 32 homes. Since that promising beginning, her dedication to her clients has helped Valerie continue her success. 

On January 1, 2008, she opened Premier Results Realty, which became Premier Results Brokerage LLC in 2018. 

Tim spent many years operating and running his own freight business, although he always had an interest in real estate and obtained his license in 2003 alongside Valerie. In 2015, he began to put that license to work and joined Valerie in real estate sales.

Together, the DoBravas grew their brokerage to about eight agents, including one team.

“We did well,” Valerie said. “But we knew if we wanted to grow and attract more agents we needed to offer them great tools and the national recognition that came with a franchise.”

As they began their search for the right franchise fit, Tim came across an article in REALTOR® Magazine that featured NextHome. 

“I started looking at the whole construction of NextHome’s business,” Tim said. “The franchise seemed to offer incredible value for brokers. I spent a lot of time trying to dig up bad things about the company or reasons I shouldn’t partner with them, and I just couldn’t find any. That’s when I thought we had really found something interesting.”

Today, Valerie and Tim are bringing NextHome’s suite of unparalleled tools and marketing to Dallas/Fort Worth area home buyers. 

“We are passionate about really helping people and patiently providing the guidance they need,” Valerie said. 

The DoBravas are taking that same approach with potential agents as they grow an office of well-trained, career-oriented professionals.

Outside of building NextHome First Choice Realty, Valerie and Tim enjoy serving in their community. Valerie holds a degree in real estate and taught for many years at Northlake College. She is also passionate about supporting the Alzheimer’s Association. 

Valerie and Tim have been married for 18 years. Their son, Brian, is an Army veteran and works for Harris county. Together, the family enjoys biking, hiking, bowling, and pampering the family cat.

The brokerage represents the 32nd office location opened in Texas for the NextHome franchise and it is the second NextHome brokerage opened and owned by Rick Hanby.

Rick recently opened a storefront on the growing south side of Amarillo, where his team is poised to serve clients across Bishop Hills, Canyon, Palisades, and the remainder of Potter and Randall counties. 

With a population of about 200,000, Amarillo is the largest city in the Texas panhandle. The metro area attracts all walks of life, from petroleum industry executives to healthcare workers to employees at one of America’s meat-packing epicenters. Economic forecasters expect the Amarillo metro area to surpass 310,000 residents this year. 

As people flock to Amarillo, Rick and his team are poised to provide superior real estate service for single-family residential sales, first-time home buyers, multi-family properties, land and ranch sales, military and veteran relocation, and investment sales.

Rick opened his flagship NextHome Legends Realty office in San Angelo, Texas in October 2017. Following the success of the NextHome brand in San Angelo, Rick was ready to expand. 

In addition to a track record of success, Rick is bringing unparalleled leadership and team-building skills to Amarillo. 

Rick began his real estate career in 2012 when he opened Hanby Realty in San Angelo. Although he owned his own brokerage, Rick remained close to the changes and challenges that his agents faced. As a top-producing broker/agent himself, Rick sells more than $6 million in real estate annually.

In 2017, he closed Hanby Realty and launched his partnership with NextHome by opening NextHome Legends Realty in San Angelo.

Since opening, the San Angelo brokerage has built a tight-knit family of two administrative employees and five agents.

Pleasanton, CA — December 30th, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome LoneStar Realty, based in Boerne, Texas. The brokerage represents the 30th office location opened in Texas for the NextHome franchise.

The brokerage is owned by the husband and wife team Allen and Laurie Stewart. Allen will be the office’s broker of record as the NextHome LoneStar Realty team serves clients across Bexar, Kendall, and Comal counties. 

Named in honor of German author and publicist Ludwig Börne, the small town sits in the picturesque Texas hill country just 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio. The proximity to a larger city and its central Texas charm attract home buyers from across the United States. 

Allen and Laurie are looking forward to helping clients find the perfect starter home, invest in a residential property, or make a great commercial transaction. 

Allen has been in real estate for almost 30 years. His career began in 1991 outside of Syracuse, New York working for a nationally franchised brokerage. Three years later, Allen moved to Texas where he continued to excel in his real estate career. Over the course of the next 11 years, Allen worked with both small independents and large franchised companies, including Bradfield Properties and Coldwell Banker. Eventually, Allen also began building custom, high-end homes. 

Then, in 2008, a turbulent housing market presented yet another opportunity for Allen’s skills. The home builder started San Antonio Hill Country Real Estate. As the owner of his own brokerage, Allen grew to know the San Antonio area’s real estate market intimately. 

For the next decade, Allen ran his own brokerage, working both in residential and commercial sectors. All the while, he continued to build homes across Texas hill country. 

Eventually, Allen knew it was time for his business to evolve again. 

“In 2018, I was winding down, not really doing as much commercial work or doing any construction work,” Allen recalled. “I began looking into what tools I would need to bring on to be able to grow and make my San Antonio Hill Country Real Estate business more attractive to agents.”

After Allen developed his game plan for growing the business, he began to research franchises and start crunching numbers. That’s when he knew that partnering with NextHome made the best financial sense. 

“Once I started adding up the costs of all the tools NextHome provides, I thought, ‘Well, I’ve gotta go talk to these guys,’” Allen said. 

Today, Allen is combining his years of experience with NextHome’s suite of tools and top-level training to recruit and mentor the area’s best agents. 

“I’ve spent so many years working in residential construction, commercial real estate, and residential sales that I’ve amassed different experiences I know a lot of other REALTORS® will never get exposed to,” Allen said. “I want to share that knowledge and lead great people. My goal is to have the most educated and market-savvy agents out there. At NextHome LoneStar Realty, our goal is to make sure that our clients are always put first.”

When he isn’t training agents, selling real estate, or building his business, Allen keeps busy as an active member of the Boerne community. He is the chairman of his subdivision’s architectural control committee as well as a member of the Boerne Chamber of Commerce.

Allen and Laurie have been married for 34 years and are the parents of two children. Dylan is a licensed landscape architect in Dallas, and Hannah is an attorney working in Washington D.C.

Pleasanton, CA — November 7th, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Realty Executives. The brokerage represents the 26th office location opened in Texas for the NextHome franchise and the eighth office location in the greater Houston area. 

NextHome Realty Executives is led by former City Planner Chantell Hypolite and her partner Kenneth Gabriel. Together with her team of top-notch agents, Chantell serves residential buyers and sellers across Houston. Her areas of expertise also extend to the suburbs, serving clients in Richmond, Sugar Land, Katy, and Spring. 

Chantell began her career as a City Planner in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, after obtaining her Master’s Degree in Urban Development and Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Housing & Community Development. Chantell has also been a City Planner in League City, Texas. For four years, Chantell specialized in housing and community development. Her days were filled with writing ordinances, considering zoning regulations, and mulling over the best way to use League City land resources. 

“I just naturally fell into the real estate side of things,” Chantell said.

Her evolution to real estate began with a job performing site acquisitions for cell phone towers.

“The site acquisition agent I was working with said he was really impressed with my knowledge and how easy I was to work with,” Chantell recalled. “He recruited me and soon I was finding properties to build cell towers on all across Houston, as well as into the valley, all the way to Mexico border towns.”

Chantell began negotiating land leases for the cell towers, resulting in the company paying for her to get her real estate license. In a matter of weeks, the sharp city planner had her license and a new career path. 

In 2018, after two years of negotiating land leases, Chantell dove into real estate sales full-time.  She was recruited through mutual friends to the RE/MAX Allstars brokerage based out of Cypress. Chantell worked with the brokerage for two and a half years where her resourcefulness and drive helped her build a successful career in real estate. Chantell then began working for a small boutique brokerage, Sky Real Estate Professionals, where she remained for another two years. 

Eventually, Chantell’s drive for constant improvement and innovation sparked her interest in opening her own brokerage.

One evening, she was at a continuing education class and began picking the brain of a well-established broker in the area. 

“This woman had owned her own brokerage for 10-15 years and I really respected her,” Chantell recalled. “She said, ‘You know, I think you might want to look at NextHome. If I had to do it again, I would open a NextHome franchise.’ I reached out to NextHome and the rest is history.”

Chantell was impressed with the members and leadership team she met at NextHome and how friendly everyone was. 

“My first thought was, ‘Are these people real?’ It was just a different environment,” Chantell said. “People were so nice. Kindness and treating people with respect is a differentiating factor in business and NextHome does it so well.”

Today, Chantell is blending her real estate expertise with NextHome’s suite of top-level tools to bring quality service to Houston homebuyers. 

“They can expect to have their needs put before our commissions,” Chantell said about what NextHome Realty Executives clients can expect. “We give world-class service. We are going to answer the phone, be available, and communicate often. If you have a property under contract, we will send daily updates as needed. You are never going to wonder where you are or what is going on in the process.”

Chantell is very active in her community, especially in serving Houston’s homeless and needy. NextHome Realty Executives is sponsoring a garden bed at the Blodgett Community Garden. Sponsors grow, tend, and cultivate the food grown there and then the fresh fruits and vegetables are available to residents across Houston’s Third Ward. 

In addition, Chantell volunteers with The Bag Ladies Organization. The group gathers feminine hygiene supplies and distributes kits to local homeless women. Chantell continues to put her city planning skills to great use with the area’s homeless coalition. 

“We identified through GIS mapping where resources were available for the homeless,” Chantell said. “Then we look for duplications or areas where resources are lacking and make suggestions.”

She is also an active member of the Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church where she serves on the Courtesy Corp leadership team. 

Chantell is the proud mother of Carter (7) and the family recently welcomed Lilly (16) into their home. She is also the proud dog mom of a Yorkie Jase and a Lab mix rescue Cooper. 

When Chantell isn’t helping clients and her community, she enjoys riding bikes, DIY projects, and visiting the zoo with her family.

Pleasanton, CA — July 3, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Perkins Realty Group. The new brokerage represents the 26th NextHome franchised office opened in the state of Texas.

NextHome Perkins Realty Group will be led by broker/owner David Perkins. He will handle all day-to-day aspects of the company including mentoring, training, and brokerage growth. 

Based out of Longview, the agents of NextHome Perkins Realty Group will handle real estate in the cities of Longview, Kilgore, Hallsville, Diana, Gilmer, and the remainder of Gregg and Upshur Counties. 

The brokerage will be helping residents in the local community with various real estate services such as first-time homebuyers, investors, ranches and land, commercial, condos, retirement communities, and all forms of seller representation.

Longview is located about two hours east of Dallas and is home to approximately 85,000 residents. Longview is also known as the home of the Great Texas Balloon Race. Many of the pilots that compete at the Great Texas Balloon Race consider it the best run event on the circuit. The Great Texas Balloon Race dubbed Longview as “The Balloon Capital of Texas” by the Governor of Texas in 1985.

Licensed since 2016, David started his real estate career right out of college. As a graduate of LeTourneau University, his original plan was to go to dental school but was asked by a friend’s mother if he had any interest in real estate. Curiosity struck as David researched all-things real estate, and the rest was history. 

David started with a local independent brokerage and in his very first year, he sold more than $2 million in real estate. Building on top of this foundation, David exceeded more than $3 million a year in sales in a market where the average sales price is $187,000. 

David credits his success to his commitment to building strong business and personal relationships. 

“I played baseball in college, so I have always been active in sports,” said David. “Since graduating, I have stayed active playing tennis and softball. I’ve been able to leverage these events to make friends and business contacts that have really helped me build my real estate business.”

David stays committed to having a genuine interest in helping clients get the very best price from their home and negotiate the very best purchase price when they buy.

In 2017, David started thinking about going out on his own and opening a brokerage, but he knew he didn’t want to do it alone. 

“I thought about franchising, but wasn’t thrilled with the options out there,” said David. “Once I found out about NextHome, I loved what I saw and really felt that franchising with NextHome could help me open and run a successful brokerage.”

“The technology we have now at NextHome Perkins Realty Group is unlike anything that is being offered in our market,” added David.

In 2018, David made the leap with the support and encouragement from his sister, Laura. In fact, Laura will be assisting the brokerage with marketing and helping provide listing exposure for sellers.

Outside of work, David enjoys traveling, skiing, visiting Las Vegas, and hanging out with his dog, Summer.

Pleasanton, CA — February 14, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our two newest additions to the franchise, NextHome RGV Realty in Port Isabel and McAllen, Texas. The two brokerage locations represent office locations #21 and #22 opened in the state of Texas for the NextHome franchise. The offices are approximately 20 minutes from each other.

The brokerage will be led and owned by top-producing REALTOR® owner Ronnie Ontiveros. She will handle all day-to-day operations for the company in both locations. She will be assisted on the leadership team by her mother, Nora Flores, who will handle back office details. Scarlett Pardo will serve as the Team Leader for the office.

The team at NextHome RGV Realty will handle all types of residential property sales such as first-time home buyers, investors, military and veteran services, land, relocation, foreclosures, short sales, and all forms of residential sales of 1-4 units. With nearly 20 associates between both offices, the company is poised to make a mark in South Texas.

The McAllen-based NextHome RGV Realty location will work in the cities of McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Alamo and the entirety of Hidalgo County.

The Port Isabel office will handle clients in the cities of Port Isabel, Harlingen, South Padre Island, Brownsville and the remainder of Cameron County.

McAllen is the largest city in Hidalgo County with a population with nearly 150,000 residents.

A REALTOR® since 2004, Ronnie started her career in Dallas as a manager for the #1 Keller Williams agent in the United States at that time, Patrick Iommi. Working in that environment allowed Ronnie to learn the ins and outs of running a high-volume, highly productive real estate sales location.

After two years, Ronnie decided to make the move back to her hometown of McAllen and started working with a real estate team at Select Properties as a buyers agent. Shortly after, she switched to becoming a listing agent and had a very successful three year run as a member of the team.

In 2009, Ronnie and a business partner, made the move to Keller Williams in McAllen. Slowly building her business, her first year at the company, she sold nearly $4 million in volume – a huge achievement in a market where $179,000 is the average sales price of a home.

For nearly a decade at Keller Williams, Ronnie was one of the top producing agents in the entire city of McAllen. In 2018, Ronnie sold more than $14 million in real estate.

With ten years of high-volume sales, Ronnie was ready to go into 2019 as a business owner rather than just a REALTOR®.

“Prior to joining NextHome, I knew I wanted to either own my own brokerage or buy into an existing company and be part of the ownership team,” said Ronnie. “When I realized that an ownership opportunity wasn’t possible at the brokerage I was working at, I knew this was the time for me to go out on my own.”

After researching several different companies, Ronnie eventually decided to franchise with NextHome due to the strong organizational structure of the franchise.
