NextHome RGV Realty opens two office locations in Texas

Ronnie Ontiveros

Pleasanton, CA — February 14, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our two newest additions to the franchise, NextHome RGV Realty in Port Isabel and McAllen, Texas. The two brokerage locations represent office locations #21 and #22 opened in the state of Texas for the NextHome franchise. The offices are approximately 20 minutes from each other.

The brokerage will be led and owned by top-producing REALTOR® owner Ronnie Ontiveros. She will handle all day-to-day operations for the company in both locations. She will be assisted on the leadership team by her mother, Nora Flores, who will handle back office details. Scarlett Pardo will serve as the Team Leader for the office.

The team at NextHome RGV Realty will handle all types of residential property sales such as first-time home buyers, investors, military and veteran services, land, relocation, foreclosures, short sales, and all forms of residential sales of 1-4 units. With nearly 20 associates between both offices, the company is poised to make a mark in South Texas.

The McAllen-based NextHome RGV Realty location will work in the cities of McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Alamo and the entirety of Hidalgo County.

The Port Isabel office will handle clients in the cities of Port Isabel, Harlingen, South Padre Island, Brownsville and the remainder of Cameron County.

McAllen is the largest city in Hidalgo County with a population with nearly 150,000 residents.

A REALTOR® since 2004, Ronnie started her career in Dallas as a manager for the #1 Keller Williams agent in the United States at that time, Patrick Iommi. Working in that environment allowed Ronnie to learn the ins and outs of running a high-volume, highly productive real estate sales location.

After two years, Ronnie decided to make the move back to her hometown of McAllen and started working with a real estate team at Select Properties as a buyers agent. Shortly after, she switched to becoming a listing agent and had a very successful three year run as a member of the team.

In 2009, Ronnie and a business partner, made the move to Keller Williams in McAllen. Slowly building her business, her first year at the company, she sold nearly $4 million in volume – a huge achievement in a market where $179,000 is the average sales price of a home.

For nearly a decade at Keller Williams, Ronnie was one of the top producing agents in the entire city of McAllen. In 2018, Ronnie sold more than $14 million in real estate.

With ten years of high-volume sales, Ronnie was ready to go into 2019 as a business owner rather than just a REALTOR®.

“Prior to joining NextHome, I knew I wanted to either own my own brokerage or buy into an existing company and be part of the ownership team,” said Ronnie. “When I realized that an ownership opportunity wasn’t possible at the brokerage I was working at, I knew this was the time for me to go out on my own.”

After researching several different companies, Ronnie eventually decided to franchise with NextHome due to the strong organizational structure of the franchise.

“Having someone of Ronnie’s caliber join our company is an honor for us at NextHome,” said NextHome’s Vice President Imran Poladi. “As a long time real estate icon, she brings a stellar reputation and a brokerage full of talented and committed real estate agents who are really making an impact in their community. I speak for our entire corporate team when I say that we are beyond excited to have NextHome RGV Realty team join our NextHome family.”

Please join us in congratulating Ronnie and the rest of the team at NextHome RGV Realty on their office openings in Port Isabel and McAllen, Texas!

Bobbi Slagle

Pleasanton, CA — February 7, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Preferred. The brokerage represents the very first office location opened in the state of Delaware for the NextHome franchise.

The brokerage will be led by broker/owner Bobbi Slagle. She and her administrative team will handle all day-to-day operations for the company.

The team at NextHome Preferred will handle all types of residential property sales such as first-time home buyers, investors, military and veteran services, land, relocation, foreclosures, short sales, and all forms of residential sales of 1-4 units.

Located in central Delaware, the Dover-based NextHome Preferred brokerage is located within a 90-minute drive of most major cities in the region such as Philadelphia, Baltimore and Atlantic City. Dover is the capital of Delaware and is the second largest city in the state, with nearly 40,000 residents.

The brokerage will service various areas throughout Central Delaware including all of Kent County, which encompasses the cities of Dover, Magnolia, Harrington, Milford, Camden, Bowers Beach, Clayton, Farmington, Felton, Smyrna, Hartly, Houston, as well as parts of the bordering counties of New Castle and Sussex.

Dover is home to the Dover International Speedway where various NASCAR events are held yearly. Additionally, the Dover Air Force Base is one of the most heavily used military bases on the Northern East Coast and a large part of the community of Kent County.

A REALTOR® since 2004, Bobbi started her career in Dover with a large nationally franchised office for the first three years. Doing very well, she moved on to the boutique firm, First Class Properties, where she used the company’s innovation and community commitment to further advance her personal business.

In 2009, Bobbi attained her broker’s license and was promoted to be the broker/manager for the 15-agent brokerage from 2011 until 2016. Even though she led the company as the broker and office manager, Bobbi was still able to sell real estate at a high level. From 2007 on, Bobbi has ranked in the top 10% of all REALTORS® in Kent County.

“Leading my colleagues taught me a lot about how to help others achieve their goals by adapting to various personalities and learning how to best communicate with different agents with different needs,” said Bobbi. “I’m most proud of our agents who worked extremely hard and pushed through what was a down market in the early 2010s.”

In January 2016, when the local Brokerage affiliated with a franchise, Bobbi felt the need to make a move to RE/MAX Horizons in Dover to free up some time to focus more on her family and lead a small team. In the two years at the company, Bobbi increased her personal sales to more than 30 transactions a year and grew her property management business, 5 Star Property Management, as well.

“Our 5 Star Realty Group team was doing really well, but I saw an opportunity and a need in our local market for a brokerage that would provide guidance, leadership, accountability and growth for real estate agents.”

After a lot of discussion and research, Bobbi found NextHome by accident.

“I was actually trying to research a different real estate franchise when I stumbled upon NextHome,” she said. “Other companies didn’t make me feel good about what they offered. But after taking some time and looking at NextHome.com, I was very intrigued.”

“Since the moment I was able to speak with the team at NextHome, I’ve been extremely happy with every step along the way since. It’s been very exciting to be aligned with a company with the same consumer focused values at the core of what they do.”

Bobbi loved the clean branding, the standardization of marketing, the high-level technology, and the professionalism the company created and maintained.

Bobbi has spent years perfecting her craft through education and certifications. She has earned accreditations such as Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), the Military Residential Specialist (MilRES), and the Military Relocation Professional Designation to name just a few.

She has also made a commitment to volunteering in her local real estate board as not only a member of the Board of Directors but she’s served on the Kent County Association of REALTORS® (KCAR) Professional Standards Committee, the Education Committee, the TREND MLS Board of Directors and in 2018, Bobbi was awarded the REALTOR® of the Year.

Bobbi and her husband Charles have been married for 15 years. Between the two of them, they have three children – daughters Amber (19 years old) and Madison (15) and son Wesley (18). The family loves to travel and recently took a trip to Costa Rica and Jamaica.

Please join us in congratulating Bobbi and the rest of the team at NextHome Preferred on their new NextHome office in Dover, DE!

Bill Stepp

Pleasanton, CA — February 5, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Next Stepp. The brokerage represents the fifth office location opened in the state of Ohio for the NextHome franchise.

The brokerage will be led by broker/owner Bill Stepp and he will handle all day-to-day operations for the company.

The team at NextHome Next Stepp will handle all types of residential property sales such as first-time home buyers, investors, land and farms, relocation, foreclosures, short sales, and all forms of residential sales of 1-4 units. Additionally, the brokerage will serve the community with an auction platform for all real estate properties.

Located an hour south of Cleveland and one hour north of Columbus, the Ashland-based NextHome Next Stepp will service various areas throughout Central Ohio including the cities of Ashland, Mansfield, Wooster, Millersburg, and the remainder of the Richland, Wayne and Holmes Counties.

A professional auctioneer since 1990, Bill brings a unique advantage to the local community. In 1997, he became a full-time auctioneer and has adapted his auction model to serve as a way of selling homes for over 30 years.

In 1997, Bill started in real estate with Dilgard and Associates – a real estate and auction company. Shortly after, Bill purchased it from the owner of the company, who started it in 1953, when he expressed a desire to retire. The company has been known for their real estate auctions and has been consistently auctioning more than 30 homes a year.

As the owner and broker of Dilgard and Associates, Bill grew the company to 14 agents with an annual sales volume of over $13 million – no small feat when the average sales price of a home is around $125,000. In 2018, the company closed over 100 real estate transactions.

While very successful, Bill did look at various real estate franchise models, but always decided to not franchise due to a lack of value. However, in mid-2017, he found NextHome through a real estate magazine. After researching for over a year, Bill made the decision to franchise with NextHome.

“As NextHome Next Stepp, I’m excited about bringing this fresh, new look and feel to our agents and our community,” said Bill. “Adding what NextHome offers, along with our auction platform, we really will be a cut above in what our agents can offer buyers and sellers.”

Bill has been recognized for his service to the real estate industry and auction community for many years.

Bill served as the 2011 President of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and in 2018, he was inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame. In 2019, the company has been nominated by the Ashland Chamber of Commerce as a semi-finalist for the Sales and Marketing Award.

Bill and his wife of 34 years, Connie, have two sons – Zane, who is the Office Manager at NextHome Next Stepp, and Zach, a nurse based in Tampa, Florida.

Please join us in congratulating Bill and the rest of the team at NextHome Next Stepp on their new NextHome office in Ashland, OH!

NextHome CREA Real Estate will service various areas throughout Southern California including the cities of Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Chino, Chino Hills, Upland, Claremont, and the remainder of the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire Region.

Licensed since 2000, Sal started his real estate career at a local independent boutique brokerage as an agent, but quickly moved into management.

In the four years that he was there, he grew the company to 20 agents while still personally selling more than 30 transactions annually.

In 2004, Sal opened his own brokerage, Realty Professional. He described the experience of running his own company as a valuable learning lesson in upping his skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and working with various personalities. Additionally, Sal also purchased 13 homes for his personal portfolio for rental properties.

In 2012, Sal converted his brokerage into CREA Realty Inc. The purpose of the rebrand of the brokerage was to create a company that was a community resource that residents could count on for solid real estate advice. The company grew to 42 agents and was becoming well known for helping residents throughout the Inland Empire Region.

“Our local communities during 2007 to 2012 were filled with homes that were either in foreclosure or in short sale status,” said Sal. “I wanted to make sure homeowners had a resource to help them either keep their home or at the very least work out a short sale that would help them get out of a tough financial situation.”

Whether it was assisting with loan modifications, avoiding foreclosure, or helping list and sell their home via short sale, Sal and his team provided a valuable resource to homeowners who were looking for help.

In 2018, Sal found the NextHome franchise via REALTOR® Magazine and started researching the company.

“I felt that partnering with NextHome was the best option to help our agents grow and further their career,” said Sal. “Our company will help agents build a sustainable business, help them with personal and professional accountability, and create a brokerage with a fun, supportive culture.”

When not selling real estate, it’s all about family for Sal.

He and his wife of 20 years, Desiree, have three children – daughters Odyssey (age 19), Heidi (13) and son Noah (7). The Torres’ will be welcoming a grandchild in March of this year.

Desiree is also a REALTOR® and will be working along Sal in growing NextHome CREA Real Estate.

NextHome welcomes NextHome Gadwood Group to the franchise

Julie Gadwood

Pleasanton, CA — January 23, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Gadwood Group. The brokerage represents the 22nd office location opened in the state of Kansas for the NextHome franchise.

The 17-agent company will be led by broker/owner Julie Gadwood and she will handle all day-to-day operations for the company.

Located in Shawnee, the NextHome Gadwood Group will handle all types of residential property sales such as first-time home buyers, investors, farms, ranches and land, military and veteran’s assistance, relocation, foreclosures, short sales, and all forms of residential sales of 1-4 units

NextHome Gadwood Group services various areas throughout both Missouri and Kansas. On the Kansas side, the brokerage handles Wyandotte and Johnson counties. In Missouri, the company’ agents will serve the needs of residents in Kansas City, Platte City, Raymore, Liberty, and Lee’s Summit.

Licensed since 2005, Julie started her real estate career will Coldwell Banker Regan in Shawnee. Working there for six years, she originally intended real estate to just be a source of some extra income. But after selling five homes in her first six months in the business, Julie realized she had the ability to turn real estate into a viable career.

While she grew her real estate business to see nearly $8 million in sales annually, the most important thing for Julie was that she was able to still spend quality time with her children and not miss any of the important events with them.

In 2012, Julie went out on her own and opened Gadwood Group Realty Company Inc.

“I started my own brokerage because I wanted to have a platform and a business that allowed me to put the total focus on the client,” said Julie. “By owning my own company, I was able to have a high level of service and know that our clients would be really taken care of.”

Julie was able to grow the brokerage to over 20 agents and saw the company do more than 125 transactions and over $40 million in a single year.

Additionally, Julie was recently recognized for the tenth year in a row as a 5 Star Award nominee for her outstanding real estate service in her community.

After several successful years as an independent brokerage, it was a random stroke of luck that Julie found NextHome.

“I found out about the franchise during a real estate conference that I attended,” recalled Julie. “Over the years, there were several different franchises who we talked to, but none of them really piqued my interest. But after years of studying what NextHome was doing and after speaking with (NextHome’s VP of Sales) Charis Moreno, I felt that it was the right time to align my brokerage with NextHome.”

Julie and her agents are excited about the freshness of the brand, the consistent branding, and the entire suite of tools and services that they now have at NextHome Gadwood Group.

In addition to selling real estate, Julie and her team volunteer time to bettering the real estate industry and providing hope in her community.

As a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® (KCRAR), Julie has actively participated in Habitat for Humanity, where she and her agents have helped rehabilitate homes in her community for those in need.

In 2018, the Gadwood Group were the sole recipients of the Spirit Award by KCRAR for their service in the community.

The company has also volunteered in the local coat drive and the local Ronald McDonald House organization.

When not selling real estate, Julie and her husband of 27 years (and high school sweetheart) David, love to spend time with their three children.

Their eldest, Jake (25), is a graduate of Kansas State University with a focus on Finance Economics. Nick (22) is currently a student at the University of Kansas and is not only an Accounting major but a licensed real estate agent as well. Their youngest, Carney (19), is a sophomore at the University of Kansas and is majoring in Business.

NextHome expands in Alabama with NextHome Limitless Realty

NextHome expands in Alabama with NextHome Limitless Realty

Stacey Smith

Pleasanton, CA — January 16, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Limitless Realty. The brokerage represents the fourth office location opened in the state of Alabama for the NextHome franchise.

The company will be led by broker/owner Stacey Smith and she will handle all day-to-day operations of the five-agent company.

Located equal distance between Huntsville and Birmingham, the Cullman-based brokerage will focus on helping clients throughout Cullman County including the cities of Cullman, Vinemont, Decatur, Falkville, Hartselle, Holly Pond, Fairview, Addison, West Point, Bremen, Crane Hill, and Smith Lake.

NextHome Limitless Realty will handle all types of residential property sales such as first-time home buyers, investors, farms and land, military and veterans assistance and all forms of residential sales of 1-4 units.

Before leaving in 2015 to sell real estate, Stacey taught for five years in the local county school system.

Although she was starting as a REALTOR®, Stacey had spent more than 20 years fixing and flipping real estate properties with her husband of 25 years, Jonathan. Building a successful investment property business, it was a friend who was a real estate broker who finally convinced Stacey to become an agent.

Stacey chose to start at MarMac Real Estate in Decatur, AL. In her first two years, Stacey built a strong business model that reached multi-million dollar sales volume annually – even more impressive with average home sales price under $150,000.

In 2017, Stacey moved to New Beginnings Real Estate in Cullman, AL where she incorporated more technology into her business. This development of her business saw her reach new heights. In 2018, Stacey sold 45 transactions for $5.7 million in sales volume.

Although she was happy with her sales, it was a connection with an agent on the other side of a transaction that sparked her interest in opening her own brokerage.

“I was able to meet Sharon McMichael when she represented a client on the other side of the transaction with me,” said Stacey. “As the co-owner of NextHome Southern Realty, I was able to research and find out more about what NextHome could offer. With my interest in providing more technology to my clients, it made sense to partner with NextHome when I opened my own company.”

When Stacey opened the doors of NextHome Limitless Realty, she reinforced her commitment to holding a high standard of agents at her brokerage and made sure they represented professionalism within their community.

“We want agents to know that if they are looking for a company that embraces technology and encourages constant education, NextHome Limitless Realty is a company to consider,” said Stacey.

Stacey not only gives to her agents and clients, but to her local community as well. Her volunteer work includes volunteering at Temple Baptist Church where she donates time serving at the church’s coffee shop, Common Grounds. The shop raises money to provide funds for church missions. Stacey has been on missions herself, with visits overseas in the Philippines. Stacey is planning another mission in 2019 to Israel.

When not selling real estate, Stacey enjoys playing on her local softball team. She is an avid reader and tries to go fishing as much as possible.

Stacey and Jonathan have two children – Savannah (age 23) and Maverick (20).

Savannah is an author with her book Limitless, a 60-day devotional. She is currently working on a children’s book which will be published soon. Maverick is the owner of a bulldozer and construction company.

Please join us in congratulating Stacey and the rest of the team at NextHome Limitless Realty on their NextHome office location in Cullman, AL!

What’s YOUR Resolution for the New Year?

Charis Moreno and her favorite humans

“I love New Years for so many reasons, but mostly because it becomes a new starting point and makes you feel like you can hit the ‘reset’ button and start over to create a new beginning! It allows us to reflect on all the pain, failure, and loss but it also gives the opportunity to recognize that we survived and are stronger than we were before. It can also allow you to put into perspective what truly matters and not to dwell on the things you cannot change while reaffirming that those failures and losses really do not define you or your future. If you are lucky enough to have another year, then you have an opportunity to refocus and conquer new goals, see new places, make new connections, and appreciate what you already have achieved no matter how big or small!

Looking back on my 2018 resolutions I am proud of what I have accomplished and as I look towards 2019 my resolutions remain similarly focused:

  • Continue to keep my family in first position. If I have learned anything this year, it is that what doesn’t get done today will still be there tomorrow.
  • Minimizing the noise in my life and learning to slow down a bit and enjoy the quiet and calmness of what life can bring.
  • Reading more! I love to read, but I do not allow myself to take the time. This year, I will calendar it and hold myself accountable.
  • Run my first marathon since 2013. That was the year that ended my ability to run. It is time to get back on the road and in the hills to give me the escape that I so desperately miss.

2018 will end as one of the hardest years filled with much loss, devastation, and for many – total loss. This year I learned how to ask for help, lean on others more, and appreciate the power of friendship. It is important to never forget those no longer with us and be there for those who are rebuilding and learning to cope with the ugly parts life throws our way. I have been reminded that Faith, Friendship, and Love are the true ingredients of life and no amount of money or things can provide you the happiness you seek.

Happy New Year to you and yours and remember this… No matter how different we are or how different our views are we all have the freedom to be happy, to show respect, and know that our differences are what makes our world such a beautiful and wonderful place to be a part of! Cheers to an amazing 2019 because what comes NEXT is up to you to decide!”

Vice President of Sales, NextHome

Mr. and Mrs. Imran Poladi

“2018 was a year for the books! Getting married… New role within the company… and all those press releases that I wrote. Whew!

Seeing the growth of this company I love has been such a wonderful journey. Every day, I feel like I’m doing work with purpose. Professionally, I’m looking to give my heart and soul into this company and having it not only grow in numbers and in sales but to make NextHome a household name that will be well known all over the country. I plan on ramping up my speaking career once again after purposely taking the past 18 months to be off stage.

Personally, I plan on enjoying my newlywed status and being the very best husband I can be. I also plan on taking time to enjoy personal hobbies such as tournament poker and sports memorabilia.

2019 is going to be a great year!”

Keith Robinson smiling with his daughter, Reese

“2019 for me will be less about resolutions and more about developing habits. 14% of people who have a heart attack have no significant change around diet and exercise one year later. They almost died and that wasn’t enough to get them to change their behavior. Cliff Notes – resolutions, goals, change is really hard and takes tremendous focus. I am going to keep it really simple this year.

Professional Resolution: I want to launch a Professional Development Mastermind in my local community for any/all entrepreneurs and business owners. It’s a way I can give back, be inspired and develop deeper friendships.

Personal: I have a favorite hoodie in my closet. I want that hoodie to fit again by the end of 2019.”

“To summarize my biggest accomplishment of 2018, I’ll leave you with a quote:

‘Let go of who you think you are supposed to be. Embrace who you are.’ – Brene Brown

2018 was a year filled with growth. I practiced being more like me and less like everyone else. With this, I learned a lot about myself that surprised me. I am somebody who stands up for what I believe is right, even when it’s unpopular. I am somebody who gives 110% effort in everything I do, even in tasks I dislike. I am somebody who can be pushed to her limits and not only survive, but thrive. My intentions are good and I lead with my heart in all that I do. When you allow your true self to be, you let the light shine, and that’s exactly what 2018 taught me.

In 2019, I will allow myself to hit a goal. In 2018, every time I came close to achieving a goal, I’d move the target and start focusing on what’s next instead of allowing myself to celebrate and be proud of the accomplishment. Productive? Yes. Exhausting? Absolutely. This year, I will not move my targets. I will set goals, achieve them, celebrate them, and then set a new goal to work towards. 2019 will bring lots of new habits, smiles, and even a new last name! I look forward to updating my signature line to Amanda Martin in 2019!”

Lauren Jarvis with her loves ones during the holidays

“At the end of every year, I like to look back on all my fun memories and think of the hardships I had to overcome which just reminds me how strong I truly am. 2018 was the year of lessons and mending important relationships. I learned to move on and see the happy side of things and put more focus on those who deserve my time. I learned more about myself in 2018 and realized what should remain in my life and what needed to be cut out. I focused more on work and family and the success in both shows.

NextHome hasn’t stopped growing nationwide as well as in-house. We have an amazing, dedicated, hard-working team that keeps getting more pretty faces added to it. We become more and more successful as the days go by and I just love sitting back and watching it all unfold. We all have had our own individual ways of helping this company grow and I can honestly say that I love my work family. I have never been able to say that about any job I’ve ever had. NextHome is different and I look forward to coming to ‘work’ every day. I can’t wait to see how 2019 treats us and see how fun our conference will be for our members.

As for the personal side of things, I plan on spending an abundance of my time with family. After not being able to see my 14-year-old brother and sister for almost three years, they are finally back in my life and we are closer than we ever were. I plan on making up for lost time with them and being the best big sister I can be to my three brothers and one sister. I plan on continuing to be there for my boyfriend, Joseph and his sister, Amelia. Joseph and I will be celebrating our three-year anniversary this month and I thank my lucky stars every day we walked into each other’s lives when we did. His family and my family are so close and I couldn’t have asked for a better support system. 2019 will be the best year yet. I can already feel it. I have everything I need. A big beautiful family, a nice, safe home, my health, my gorgeous kitty cat, a wonderful, loving relationship with the love of my life, and my second home at work. I can’t wait to see what is in store for me and my family. Whatever it may be, I know I can handle it. 2019 hit me with your best shot!”

Sabrina Arnold crushing her fitness goals in 2019

“My goals for 2019 are to continue on my path of Fitness and Healthy Living, I would like to increase the amount of weight that I can lift and continue to build upon the progress I have made over the last few years. I also hope to spend more time volunteering for my favorite non-profit organization, The Taylor Family Foundation, which helps to fund camps for children with life-threatening or life-altering diseases or conditions. I will also be more diligent about donating blood on a regular basis.”

Alecia Alvarez spending time with her two sons

“The New Year to me is a time of reflection and an opportunity to start fresh. 2018 was a year full of adventure for my family. My youngest son, Adan, started his first year in high school and was selected to play point guard for the Lodi basketball team. (Go Flames!) My oldest son, Ruben, turned 21 this year (Eeeek!) and has continued to improve on his craft as a barber. For my birthday, I hiked Cataract Falls, one of the toughest and most beautiful trails I have ever seen, full of lush greenery and whimsical waterfalls. We went zip-lining through some redwoods and even kayaked Monterey Bay with the sea otters. In August, we added a Siberian Husky to our family (named Gypsie Moon) and boy, has she been the cutest handful. Then at the end of the year, I completely switched directions in my career and joined the corporate team at NextHome which has proven to be my best decision of 2018.

In 2019, it is my intention to continue to focus on living with an attitude of gratitude and being present in the moment. I cherish the time spent with my family and friends and hope to make the most of every opportunity I have with them. I’m looking forward to building relationships with all of my new NextHome family and continue to grow professionally. I’m also excited for new adventures, trying new things and getting out of my comfort zone. Oh, and I definitely can’t forget to mention all the food and wine I plan on consuming. Nothing brings me joy like a nice glass of wine and a delicious meal. Cheers to a year full of peace, love, good health and happiness!”
